Yes. . Each link should be in the ball part 6-6.5 inches. Take your time. Feel the sausage . Do your best.

Try putting some room temp butter down the grinder with the meat in the beginning, that meat will flow out real quickly!! 😊

I did last year some salt pepper sausage. Used Applewood chips was good. I should do more.
