About Game:
New Battle Features: Characters can link up for stronger attacks, "Parts Break" allows you to split enemies into pieces to lower their stats and disable special attacks.
NEXT mode: A second transformation is now available! You can break those big baddies into bits with NEXT mode, which features new special skills and a new costume for the CPUs.
Three Worlds, Three Stories: There are three different story modes. With new CPUs and characters at your side, you must fight through three dimensions to save Gamindustri.
New Dungeon Minigame: An homage to the classic "Spelunker," you receive special items when you clear this dungeon under the time limit.
The first PS4 game in the Hyper dimension Neptunia series, this installment features new characters, three worlds to save, three new stories to play, a new powerful transformation mode, extra features to the battle system, and a new dungeon mini-game. Enjoy original Japanese and English voiceovers, plus English subtitles, and experience free-roaming turn-based battles as you obtain all of the items you and your new allies need to save Gamindustri! G.C. 2015-Gamindustri has entered a precarious season known as the CPU Shift Period. During this time of social unrest, deprecating rumors about the CPUs have begun to saturate Gamindustri. Neptune and the others worry the citizens will soon call for new leaders to replace them and that their rule will end. In these critical moments for Plane tune, Neptune and Nepgear mysteriously disappear. Their destination is a divergent world, nearing its catastrophic end, called the Zero Dimension. They encounter the last remaining CPU of this world, UzumeTennouboshi, who is desperately waging a lonely battle against a colossal evil known as the Dark CPU. Will Neptune and Nepgear be able to work together with Uzumein in order to save Zero Dimension from tragedy?

Honestly, Neptune’s and Vert’s quote in quote “Dreams” seems sweet while Noire and Blanc is just ironic and for the laugh.

Now I'm curious what the CPU candidate's dreams would be like..
Nepgear's would most likely be Neptune getting a little busier thus freeing her a little more for her hobby - making robots even giant ones like the Nep-dam Mk 1.
Uni's would be Noire being more considerate of her and even letting her join Noire's secret cosplay sessions. Maybe even go High Noon on some monsters with Noire cheering her on.
As for the twins, having Blanc playing with them more and letting them join low-level quests to prove themselves.
Now i wonder, how would White heart look like
Vert's dream sisters seem to be herself from 2 different pasts before she became a CPU of just younger versions of the real one, though this dream is a manifestation so maybe they really exist but, only in this dimension.
Continuing pass 14:30 this may have been proven true, how nice. Um...the being Vert herself thing.
I think you forget the existance of Windows Phone and Microsoft Surface. Those two can play games and also qualify as handheld. There also Xbox cloud play which allow you to play Xbox on those device but it was canceled or going nowhere, so it just a dream.
Noire's Wish seems to be to being allowed to do as she pleases without the responsibilities that come with being a CPU.
How nice but mean to Uni who wants Noire to stay by her side.
Uni gets a sprite and its so~ very adorable and cute~!!!

So let me get this straight, Neptune wants to be a happy and mature girl, Noire wants to be a voice actress or seiyuu, Vert wants little sisters and Blanc wants a beautiful figure..... Pshh yeah okay!

Blanc's dream is so~ terrifying yet so~ interesting, but her personality is worse than Vert's in terms of B... references and jokes!
C-sha says she wants to punch the dream Blanc but the B... will jiggle and make her even more angry!
Blanc's sisters RAM & ROM tried to pop Blanc like a balloon? How big was the needle, maybe Compa's syringe sized?

+Bas van de Kleut exactly and this is very sad and insulting for gamers... the game is at best 70 % voiced... where as the japanese version is 85-90% fully voiced... what went wrong XD

mmm japanese where able to do it... so why would north america be unable to do a full voiced dubbing or at least that matches the number of original voiced dialogue in the original version... If you can't put in full voice acting... then don't bother and just stick to English sub with original VA in japanese. I don't know but it pisses me off, because the English voice acting is very good (i love Neptunes voice actor) and it's a shame that there is so little.
