Wise Owl Paint Mystery Box Challenge 2022 - Painting My Octopus Piece

Have you ever been asked to create something with just 4 colors??? That's what Wise Owl Paint asked me and a handful of others to do with this Wise Owl Paint Mystery Box Challenge. We were given 4 Wise Owl Chalk Synthesis Paint colors as follow, Prussian Blue, Charleston Green, Rocksteady & Mandarina. The idea was to share how you can mix and blend just these four colors to create incredible finishes. We were also given Wise Owl Heavy Metals Gilding Paint in "Gold Dust", our metallic paint line, & Wise Owl One Hour Enamel in Satin to top coat it with. As you'll see in the video I stepped WAY outside my comfort zone to truly take this challenge and make it a way to share another side of me. I have never painted anything like this and knew it was time to try and share and see what others would think of it. I'm thankful this challenge came my way to give me the push and also thankful it has received such a humbling response which only makes me want to do this again. So for those who've seen this on my socials already and commented, thank you!!! And for those seeing this for the first time, I hope you enjoyed watching the journey from primer to the final result. And if you're ever scared to try something new, as I was with this, just remember something I tell folks and had to tell myself here... "it's just paint".
