But since we known he is speaking as the character it makes sense and is interesting. If we were to think it was autobiographical it would seem self pitying and out of touch and I think Felix has a very clear sense of who he is and how blessed he is. Not every song has to be personal. Felix has the artistry to convey whatever emotion is needed for a song.
