Thank you for this! We’re looking for a family friendly all-inclusive vegan Mexico getaway and this sounds amazing. We stayed at Nizuc (amazing 5 star resort) that’s very vegan friendly but we were looking to try something new.
Oh my gosh, you would LOVE Xcaret Hotel and Parks! I’ll have to check out Nizuc, thank you! There’s nothing like Xcaret from what I’ve seen, and I cannot wait to go back! I’m kinda obsessed ;)
Shout out to @KidsCanToo for posting the best I've seen on Bio! We ate there Every.Single.Day and always looked forward to breakfast! Wish we had more time at the resort for lunch...we needed 10 days there!
Lemon sorbet is not dessert. I am over restaurants offering that me as a vegan option. I am so excited to eat at Bio and the try other vegan meals at the resort in March. Good to know the chefs are accommodating.
@judyjetson I’m so excited for you! I don’t know when it’s going to happen, but how amazing would it be if they had the Bio restaurant open for dinner while you were there??! Crossing my fingers and toes for ya! Lol, I feel ya on the “sorbet.” We did get a homemade vegan cheesecake dessert at Restaurant Fuego, but you must be staying in that specific building. Do you know which building you’ll be in yet? The morning pastries at Bio were a special treat, and often times, we ate sooo much for dinner, we couldn’t FIT a dessert in our bellies 😆 I’m also working on a video of the food photos. I’m a total rookie at this so I’m a little slow (my apologies). Thank you for watching and for your feedback! Oh, here’s a hint! When you go to the Asian fusion restaurant, ask for what Chef Miguel orders! ;) (from Bio)

My vegetarian hubby is looking forward to eating here. I just hope not everything is soy based as I’m so allergic. Seeing this video, gives me hope. Thank you Traci!
He’ll be in food heaven for sure! You should be able to find something, and I’m sure the kitchen could make something just for you too! Chef Miguel is sometimes there but their staff is very talented. Breakfast coffee is sooo yummy and everything in the morning is mouthwatering!

@@DianeRoma1 I’m so sorry I missed this comment, but I can’t wait to hear how the vacay was! I’ll have to see if you’ve created a new video of your visit too! Yes, I believe we had free Wifi throughout the resort, though it could be choppy at times, the place is soooo big!
