Nope, just that making videos for every single car takes time and I want to release each class in full at once. Catching up the backlog of cars from 11 years of content won’t be the work of a minute.
I don't know if the PS5 can record at that minimum bit rate but if it can, I might do that. I'll see if I can properly set up my capture card and try that way as well if needed.
Internal PS5 recordings are very low bitrate so they wouldn't be suitable. If you're capturing on console you would definitely need a capture card capable of 1440p/4k recording
