You can see in the zoom meeting video that some of the people at Jubilee should not be working on content. The people that said that they get upset when people criticize there work don't understand one of the most basic facts in life: Not everyone is going to like you/ your ideas/ what you make/ etc.. False copywrite strikes are so childish.

I remember Jubilee copyright claimed Blaire White for reacting to the debate SHE was featured in. It’s fair use, and I think as long as credit is given (in case someone wants to watch the original video) it should be fine.
Legally speaking, it is. They just abuse copyright claims. TH-cam wants to stay hands off. I think it's time for them to have a false copyright claim punishment. It should be the exact same one for them as it is for us when we have copyright claims against us.

I absolutely agree. I’ve watched them for a very long time and especially when they react to a video it’s more of their opinion then the actual video. Which goes with the guid lines basically. I think they’ll be fine, Aba and Preach got the ball rolling before when their channel was threatened. They may only have 2 million subs but they have a lot of support from other channels and ppl.

Copyright law is outdated, it's not entirely YTs fault, they kinda have to have a hard-line stance when infringement is alleged since their platform hinges on it entirely.

The downside to Jubilee (this situation aside) is that they keep their unedited content behind a paywall where only members can see the original material. I think that is coming back to haunt them so now reacting to them is suddenly a problem. I used to watch them and the amount of cuts in a Jubilee video is just crazy.
