For sure, it's such an amazing and productive song in the lives of the young leaders, who would be able to get the meaning and keep it in their hearts or put it into practice. For those who may not understand Dinka, the language that is used in composing the song, I would try to translate it to you though it will not be sweet as it is in the vernacular. The song is about optimism, servant leadership, working as a team, and the importance of girlchild in leadership. John Kudusay is suggesting that as young people with big dreams, majestic goals, and great potential, we should never give up. Instead, these dreams should be engines for us (future leaders) to lift our country with the same motivation that we have inside, including dreams to make wealth or build the nation. Also, he alludes that if anyone has a chance of being in a given position, may he or she wait for the next leaders to make the change. He mentioned that we are the change we would like to see. Thus, we should not wait to be pushed to work, but we should be self-motivated. He supported this by saying that as a leader, just do what you can according to your potential. Despite the widespread atrocities due to political instability in the country, Madong Dut has been here and there helping the less fortunate people in the country and making changes in different regions of the country. Thus, Kudusay would like us do our best so that he should be happy when he will visit different parts of the country due to the work that we are dong. He added the value of teamwork. he mentioned that Madong's leadership started in his house. In short, he appreciates the importance of his wives and If anyone goes to Madong's house, he or she will not have any doubts on his leadership due to the work and how good his wives are. It can be inferred that a good leader consider the work of others and serve as a team.
