Been following them since 2015, great trainers and I like the fact there is no music, just people struggling in union lol. And the interesting thing is, I always, always, feel safe doing their workouts. The moves and sequence feel right and safe, I don't worry about injury as they have great cues and keep their moves focused & effective more than stylish or out there creative. I think they have the best, and most honest approach to fitness.
Same! I started using Fitness Blender videos in 2015 maybe, then tested out Chloe Ting at the start of last year. My body ended up hurting for 2 whole months after I stopped working out completely! I told myself "OK I'll start working out again once my body is no longer sore"... and it took 2 months just to feel normal again. After that, I just went back to Fitness Blender, then supplement with LISS/walking workout videos. My body feels so much better, and I don't have to take ridiculously long breaks to recover. I owe Fitness Blender a lot. I used to have a personal trainer at the gym, then cancelled my membership after about 1 1/2 years (I'd gotten good results and got to a healthy weight with my trainer, but I decided I was done with the gym). Needless to say I gained all my weight back and found Fitness Blender on TH-cam. I discovered I didn't need a gym or a trainer to get fit again (but my experience with a trainer did help a lot w/ knowing proper form). I still haven't lost the weight but that's mostly because of my diet LOL -- when I stick to my diet, FB videos were definitely effective in helping the weight loss.
I always seem to go back to FitnessBlender, especially for HIIT workouts, as they just have the best ones! I love the layout, the timings, and the fact that their videos are different lengths, so I can choose depending on how much time I have. I also love that their videos are challenging, but easy to follow along with because of their clear explanations, and I’m always wiped after their workouts! Plus, I love that they don’t play music in the back, as I hate rewatching workout videos because the generic music really annoys me! Daniel and Kelly are the most genuine and lovely people too
U just mirrored my thoughts there.. instructions given by Kelly and Dan are so clear. Generic music really annoys me too 😃 and the white background helps to clearly get their postures. Love fitness blender. I think it is well programmed in a scientific way to boot your metabolism
I'm so glad you reviewed fitness blender! Theirs are the first youtube workouts I ever did and I never see them talked about. I still occasionally use their workouts, though not much because I like to put together my own workouts these days. But I think they're highly underrated especially because of the variety of types of workouts you can get from them.
I would have to thank fitness blender for kickstarting my fitness journey about 5 years ago :) Still love their videos especially their 30 minutes HIIT. Anddd that's one of my fav workouts too! Love your reviews!
I always loved their workouts bc of how they are challenging, yet approachable. I’ve used them for like 7 years. Other youtubers seem intimidating in how they come across to me.
I love Fitness Blender....their strength training programs are great....they have continued to grow and develop over the years. Why I keep coming back 1) they are free to low cost 2) I can do it at home 3) (most important to me) they are normal people, there isn't some sort of weird influencer sex appeal...they don't "sell their bodies" but instead sell health
Thank you for reviewing Fitness Blender! I've always come back to them and at least now I can say that I'm doing something right. I'm glad I found them back in 2013 because they made exercising very approachable for me who was just starting out. I didn't realize how important their form cues and calm explanation were until I saw other workout videos.
I tried myself fitness blender like 2 months ago... Love at first sight. I like them sm bcz they explain the form and i don t have to ask myself Am i doing this right?
My favorite thing about Fitness Blender is when Daniel does squat jacks and up and outs, because they both look like very silly dance moves and he does them silently and solemnly. It's delightful.
I much prefer strength training over cardio. Their Strong and Mass programs are my favorite-- mostly strength training, only a small amount of traditional cardio. I actually thought Abs had quite a bit of cardio in it. You should try out those two programs if you prefer weight lifting. Even if they don't have a progressive overload structure to their programs, I think the cost, accessibility, and vibe is much more important to me when I was new to fitness. Thanks for your review!
I've lost weight successfully twice using FB videos. I discovered them in 2013 after having our son. They are the first TH-cam workouts I've ever used and even now as I'm restarting my third (and hopefully last) weight-loss journey, I'm going back to their programs. 💪🏽 I have 40lbs to burn!
How long did it take you to loose weight and how much weight did you loose, if you don’t mind me asking? I just wanted to know because i want to get ,y beach body ready for the summer but it’s 2 months away so I don’t know if there will be enough time. Thanks!
I love how detailed your analysis is! You should def review Nicole pearce’s Patreon program. I feel like it’s up your ally and I wanna hear what you have to say about it! So much respect for you knowledge!
FB is my FAVORITE! Love the couple's personalities. I love the website, and I appreciate the training and guidance for form. It feels like I'm working with a personal trainer.
Love all of these! Natacha is coming next month and I'll add the others to my list. I'm actually low key obsessed with Mind Pump so that will be a fun one :)
I have a quick question - I did Sydney Cummings for 2 years, every day. I am looking to switch things up to strength train but only 4 days a week. I feel as if I cant do Sydney's if I do not do every day. This review got me thinking about Fitness Blender. I am not looking to spend a lot so I could try it for $14.99 and pick a program. I guess I am struggling with how tp split the workouts. When I first started lifting weights 5 years ago at the gym I would do 1.legs, 2.back/bicep, 3.chest/tricep 4.shoulders and another leg day. I also switched to a 3 day workout doing full body everytime. Depending on the life circumstances, I have to switch the amount of times i work out. When i was taking care of my mom who had Alzheimer's, I only did the 3 days and I did full body to try and maximize my time. I do have more time now and I do work out at 5am after I walk the dog. I know myself, if I do not do it in the morning, I am NOT going to do it after work! I am not even sure what my question is now.
I have a advice, I also like doing something everyday because it's easier for me to stick to it, maybe try doing Sydney everyday but have some rest days where you do her stretch videos?
Hey Ann, I personally think the every day person doesn't need to worry as much about split days. Focus more on just getting in quality movement. So if you're sticking with Sydney, pick the days you can work out and just choose her workout that day (or something else from the week if it doesn't vibe with you.) If you go with a Fitness Blender program, they allow you to reschedule workout days to best fit your schedule. I hope that makes sense and helps a bit!
@@annagresta3840 they got several programs for a few days a week. They have a few 5 day challenges in their playlist so u can get an idea how their program is set up. I have 3 programs from them. 1 for upperbody and 2 for lowerbody. The schedule for those are 3 times a week. Others programs usually have 5 days.
@@KathehFIT All my cardio workouts are on my site: www.justinaercole.com/cardio And I think I reviewed a bunch of HIIT workouts at some point, but that's the closest to what you're asking for. Sorry!

Been doing fitness blender workouts low impact since 2015 and it helped me maintain weight... I should probably do high intensity now
Why do you feel you need to do high intensity?
I’ve tried a few, but hate the white background. I’d rather see a basic living room lol. Personal preference I guess.
Totally get it! Everyone has their own preferences :) Thanks for watching Sherry!

Have you looked into Caroline Girvan?
She's getting a review in January :)
Hey, do you think doing a 30 minute cardio from fitness blender 5 times a week is enough to loose weight in 2 months?
It depends on a lot of other factors too! Remember the only thing you need to do to lose fat is be in a caloric deficit.
Can you please make a review on Joanna Soh's workout?
Never heard of them, I’ll have to look into it!
I love her she’s amazing
Review Caroline Girvan next👍👊

Why do you keep the label on your jacket?🤔
Do you have a time stamp? Not sure what you’re talking about.
