Create a New Sales Invoice:

Delivery Date: Specify the expected delivery date.
Payment Terms: Choose the payment terms (e.g., net 30 days).
Sales Order: If the invoice is based on a sales order, select it here.
Add Items to the Invoice:
Click on the "Add a Row" button to add items to the invoice.
Item: Select the item from the item list.
Quantity: Enter the quantity of the item.
Rate: Enter the unit price of the item.
Amount: The total amount for the item will be calculated automatically.
Discount: Apply a discount to the item, if applicable.
Add Taxes and Charges:
Taxes: Apply applicable taxes to the invoice.
Charges: Add any additional charges, such as shipping or handling fees.
Review and Submit the Invoice:
Review the invoice details to ensure accuracy.
Click on the "Submit" button to save the invoice.
The invoice will be generated and can be printed or emailed to the customer.
