Love the snow baby. I find it funny to think that even that far in the past people had knick knacks that might have been a gift or purchase but that were eventually tired of and chucked into the trash. That snow baby wasn't broken and discarded. It was just discarded. Protected for a hundred years and amazingly found again. And it is loved and appreciated all over again. Congratulations from Laura in western North Carolina, USA.
Nick your camera and fancy lens make beautiful videos. Always loved your intro. It’s quite dramatic. Out of all your finds today, I adore the snow baby. Can’t wait to see it cleaned up. As a Yank from across the pond, I watched as many of the Platinum Jubilee as possible. What a beautiful celebration. I wish your Queen good health.
I think the snow baby is a bit rarer of a find than the claw pipe. Just a bit, so the snow baby has my vote for best find of the day. Great video, good choice in music, too. Thank you both so much.
As soon as I saw the water, I knew it was the Jubilee dump! Yayyyyyyy! ( : Soooo excited! ( : It is the platinum Jubilee, so it is perfect timing to go here again! I totally agree! I remember you finding the Jubilee pipe here! It was soooo exciting!! What a great way to start the day, by finding a perfect jam pot! Yesss! ( : Into the bag! ( : Yayyyyyyy! And a cod marble too! Love those sooo much! ( : I love the idea of a jam pot with lots of handles to hang items from! Great craft idea! I love the little burst lip bottle you just found too! Sooo cute! ( : Yayyyyyyy! You found a little alley gob! I love those! ( : We all need to donate toward a new lens, Mick ( : You take such nice videos!! I love the songs you choose too! ( : Oooh!! A big, glass stopper from the river, Sarah! Great find. Sarah! Yesss! And it is embellished with Kilmer's, Jewsbury, London! Awesome! ( : OMGGGGGG!! What did you find?!! It is huge I can't tell!! ( : Ahhhhh! ( : What?!! A Snow Baby on a sled, with color on it?!! OMGGGGGG! ( : All full?! Oh my heavens, that is the gem find of the day!! Holy moly! ( : The Jubilee Dump delivers again! Woo hoo! ( : Mick is going to be sooo excited too! ( : Oh man, I do love claw pipes, which Mick found you and was one of your bucket list items, but a snow baby on a sled, in perfect condition, is a much rarer find, in my opinion! And now you found a German marble too?! Fantastic! You are doing great today! ( : Into the bag! ( : Wow, a RAOB pipe too?! I love those as well! ( : You got one with the buffalo head too?! Nice! That's fantastic! ( : I usually only see the big RAOB mustache pipe bowls, rarely do I see the buffalo ones! Another wonderful find! ( : Wait, that blue shiny bead is actually a live beetle?! It looks sooo much like a shiny, blue bead! That's crazy! ) : Yuck! Alex would have a heart attack if you sent her that! Lol! ) : Yayyyyyyy! A cod bottle neck with applied lip too! ( : You can get the marble out at home, if you wish! ( : Sweet! ( : It is definitely a marble day for sure! My heavens, another cod marble! That's crazy! I lost count of how many you found! Lol! ( : I adore marbles! ( : Shame the diggers didn't leave any bottles piled on the sides of their dig holes here that they didn't want! Stinkers! ) : Yayyyyyyy! You found a tall neck, bottle with a burst lip! It's one you don't have either! ( : A spoon?! Time for dinner! ( : Lol!! Sweet, I was getting hungry too! JK? Lol! ( : ( : Wow, another pipe bowl. Plain, but great! ( : A teapot lid! ( : Maybe you can use it in your teapot sculpture? Maybe you can use the double plant pot to do a snowman craft in the wintertime too! ( : Cool, a ssmlate with lines on it! Love it! ( : Oh my heavens. Another plain pipe?! This time with a partial stem too! Yesss! ( : A pipe and marble day! Sweet! ( : Maybe write Summer is Here on the slate. As in School 's out and add some flowers and grass along the bottom and some bees all in 3D, maybe with selfvdrying clay, so they are popping off around the border of the slate! That would be sooo cute! ( : And mushrooms, of course, along the bottom with the grass too! ( Another pipe bowl? I love those horses hoof pipe bowls! Those are awesome too! I do remember you getting up that hill and was holding my breath the whole time! ) : Sweet, another burst lip bottle, which hasn't made it down to the rusty water! Still aqua and beautiful! ( ; What a great time at the Jubilee dump today! Such awesome finds and fun! Thanks sooo much for sharing all your newfound treasures with us all! Loved it sooo much! ( : Happy Saturday! ( : Love you guys! Tracy ( : ❤️❤️❤️❤️🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰🥰
Best find for you, Sarah, is the snow baby and best find for Mick is the claw pipe bowl. Great finds all of them. I love your excitement and showing us even the finds you leave for others. Great hunting!!!
Fab finds. Eyes like a hawk. I love the excitement you get when finding treasures that you really like. That snow baby was a brilliant find along with the clawed pipe. One great find for both of you this week. Amongst all the other little treasures you found. I must admit i did shiver when you said your wellies leaked. The thought of that chill water sloshing about in your welly. 😆 Thanks for a lovely lark, perfect filming and great music choices. Well done Mick.
Hi, loved the pipe bowls, the ROAB and the Hoof pipes are perfect. But the star of the lark is you Sarah. Thank you for a delightful mudlark, excellent editing Mick. Have a great week.
I reckon the pipe and snow baby are a tie...both equally exciting. Im glad you took that nice half of a perfume bottle, you might have regretted it later...and you can always pass it on if you change your mind. Another brilliant video.
Lovely Lark , so glad the squishes didn't stop you , but do be safe ! Loved the finds pipe bowls always pleasing and marbles too , Congratulations on the snow baby . Have fun crafting . 😶🌫this face in the clouds could pass for a snow baby ! 👋🤭
As always a wonderful video! Love those little iridescent beetles! Hope your Snow Baby doesn't disintegrate... Thanks for taking us along on your mudlark.
Wow loved what you found especially the snowbaby and pipe bowls. I'm looking forward to your next craft video Sarah. Mick that lens is brilliant, loved the music with the pictures.....Great editing xxxx
Fun video, well done on the snow baby! Glad you are going to have a go at the handle jars, a few tips......just use a small piece of Milliput to attach the handles and let it set. Then fill in the gaps and use a wet paint brush to smooth it. Once it's dry paint in whatever colour. It's a bit fiddly but if you use acrylic paint it's easy to scrape off any surplus and once that's dry spray it with varnish. Have fun! 😁💗 x
Hello 👋 from New York USA the Snow ❄️ Baby 👶 was the best find the Second best find was the Horse 🐎 Hoof Pipe Bowl Thank you for bringing me along with you guy's I can't wait to see what you guy's find next 😀 😊
The pottery and broken pipes were no surprise, but the claw Mick found and the hoof you found, as well as the snow baby on a sled sure was. Looking forward to the outcome of crafting with a variety of Cool handles. As far as that early broken Codd marble bottle, perhaps get a shadow box frame like the ones you've used before and display both the top and bottom of the bottle, as well as a bit of history, like an ad or something, in the background. ( : Hugs to you both. ( :
Snow baby is definitely the star find. Pipe bowls are everywhere and I don’t find them very interesting. Love the gorgeous blue pottery. I’d collect that definitely! No run of the mill willow pattern!
It's funny. Right when you said you have plenty of pipe stems for wind chimes I was thinking that would make a good craft project. I bet they make a wonderful clinking sound in the breeze.
Loved this video. I liked the claw pipe the best. Such fun watching your excitement with your finds. The blue bug that resembles a bead made me realize how grateful I am that there are no blue spiders! Thanks so much for sharing.
What a beautiful montage!! The water, the music, everything is beautiful! Good job, Mick! Great RAOB pipe, my favorite one. I like the Codd marble and neck, cleaned up it could sound like a bell.
Love that R.A.O.B. pipe bowl with the full head of the buffalo! It looks awesome! Better than just the ones with only the horns. Love the snowbaby too. I've never heard of a sled being referred to as a sledge. (To me a sledge is a sledgehammer. LOL!!!!) Anyway it's so cool! Looking forward to seeing your handle project!
I always wonder how such cute items like the snow baby get to a dump. Was it lovingly collected and lost? Or did someone’s collection get tossed when they passed on? I know a lot of people aren’t keen on inheriting glassware or figurines. But back when this would have been thrown away, you would think it would still be loved. It was meant to be found by you and loved again!!! Thanks for your fun videos!!! ❤️
I definitely vote for the snow baby! Have you done a craft episode demonstrating how you make a mold? I would be interested in how it is done. Thanks for a jubilant lark. Chris in Half Moon Bay CA USA
Nice finds I'm glad u took the ribbed "cocoon" like broken bottle. Also thank u for always showing us the pottery even if u don't take it...its all so pretty. Happy hunting
Fun video. I can't choose I think all of your finds are pretty neat. That broken bird feeder would be cool made into on of your globe crafts with a glass mason or ball jar upside down with a bird scene in it.Happy hunting
Hopefully finding those necks with cod marbles still in them is a sign that you will find some whole cod bottles. The claw pipe bowl may have bested the snow baby if it were whole, maybe next time. All my best from across the pond and over the mountains here in wet and rainy Oregon, USA.😊
Great finds! I like the snow baby. I have a couple old ones and love them. I hate to see all the broken pieces. I watched the Northern Mudlarkers a while back and they dug in someone else’s hole and found lots of things that weren’t broken. I think some things are broken by the people digging with shovels. I thought the broken edges on the bird feeder looked new. Anyway, I always look enjoy your videos.
I would take that small rounded bottle and turn it upside down and use it for a honeycomb after painting it I’d put my Manchester logo bee 🐝 on it and take it to my garden.
I think the Snow Baby is the find of the century. You can find claw pipes more often than snow babies. Your Snow baby is precious!
Love the snow baby. I find it funny to think that even that far in the past people had knick knacks that might have been a gift or purchase but that were eventually tired of and chucked into the trash. Amazing mudlark! And the snow baby... what... are you actually kidding! No words, but well done! xx
Thank you very much!

I love the snow baby
Best find for you, Sarah, is the snow baby and best find for Mick is the claw pipe bowl. Great finds all of them. I love your excitement and showing us even the finds you leave for others. Great hunting!!!
Your new camera lens does an amazing focus from little insects close up to the middle distance of the waterfall. This is a lovely video.
Thank you very much!
You are so cute when you get excited 😆 so happy you found a snow baby!

Definitely the snow baby! Have never seen one found by any other mudlark. One of a kind find.
I found one last year in a dump in the woods . But it was early last year I think so a while ago
I reckon the pipe and snow baby are a tie...both equally exciting. Im glad you took that nice half of a perfume bottle, you might have regretted it later...and you can always pass it on if you change your mind. Another brilliant video.
Some great pipe bowls here, like the hoof pipe best... The snow baby is so cute, I hope you'll be able to clean it well. Great lens Mick, very nice!

It's funny. Right when you said you have plenty of pipe stems for wind chimes I was thinking that would make a good craft project. I bet they make a wonderful clinking sound in the breeze.
The slates could make nice birdhouse or bathouse roofing material. Same for singular bee house.
Loved this video. I liked the claw pipe the best. Such fun watching your excitement with your finds. The blue bug that resembles a bead made me realize how grateful I am that there are no blue spiders! Thanks so much for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Great Hunt, Love the snow baby 🍼🙋😁
love the snow baby.
Hi from Scotland 🏴 I just love your reaction to special funds .happy digging xxx
thank you so much fiona
Finds ha ha even x
That little broken glass "bottle" you set aside could have been an old glass Christmas tree light !!
I think those slates cut into smaller writing board would make a lovely Christmas decoration. A hole at the top and a merry Christmas in chalk.
Great idea
Great fines, so fun to watch you both.
Thanks so much!
Snow baby was a wonderful find. Pipes are great. Video wonderful. Nice finds.your freind shirley from new Bern, north carolina u.s.a. ❤❤ 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉😅😊

I have cut a few down they are quite sick glass so ok as a vase

Lovely outing I wish I was there love your adventures Sarah and Mick ❤️
Fantastic pipe, still waiting to find a RAOB pipe!
Snow Baby!
Loving these trailers Mick! I can't wait to see what made Sarah say "Ooooo" you know it's going to be a great find! See you two tomorrow!!!
I would take that small rounded bottle and turn it upside down and use it for a honeycomb after painting it I’d put my Manchester logo bee 🐝 on it and take it to my garden.
Hole in the glove check, hole in boots check, awesome video check! How did that snow baby survive the dump? Best find, happy jubilee.
I don’t know I think maybe these things are inside something in the dump like a jar or bottle ?
The Pipe is super, but the snow baby, wow, how do you see stuff? And I would not be going up any unstable hill side, brave. I get vertigo, so nope.
Awww you two are always pulling my string. 😂😃 Good on ya. Cant wait to see the surprise! 🥰
It might be an idea to take a long handled rake there and rake through the stream
Northern Mudlarks made Fairy Houses with their pipebowls
Yes they did and I did too after watching them .i have showed it on the live a couple of times
My favourite find was the snow baby but was 50 50 on that and the claw pipe but we did find one of those so has to be the snow baby 🤔
Have you considered using a clam clasp coin pouch for bead finds?
I have a little box in a littke pocket in my bum bag but usually just pop it in the littke pocket incase I drop it lol
So far snow baby is best find.
