Happy 4th July. 🎉 The animation is indeed pretty. I especially love Han's and Chan's voice in this. And yes, I still shed some tears. How could I not? I'm a miracle dammit 😅. (I needed this song/Channie hug) There were 8 planets among all the stars. I think it's like a galaxy-family. A fantasy maybe, but, to us it's real. When I tell you I SOBBED when I first listened to this song.. That might honestly be an understatement The bridge especially made me really emotional with that one part you pointed out at 8:40, “looking at the mirror, see the tears covered in red”. It still makes me cry tbh. The first time I heard that specific line I was literally shell shocked, I remember just sitting staring at my phone as the song ended. It just really hits deep for me because it echoes a line I wrote in a poem like a month or so before the album was released (like they’re *extremely* similar, it kinda freaked me out at first lmao) Idk the song just feels so personal and special and I really needed it-I still do, honestly. I’ll never understand the people who say it’s cheesy, or cliché, or whatever else they come up with. I hope Channie sees the comments that say how much the song comforts people, too.

It has to feel so impactful seeing your own words basically, given back to you in a song. That’s really cool though ☺️ Sometimes those negative comments really bother me..but I try to remind myself that those comments are a reflection of the people who wrote them.. it says a lot more about them than about the song. The song is comfort itself. I hope he does too 🥹❤️
I completely agree with you. I never found it “cheesy” because Chris is always so heartfelt, and I don’t need flowery language to be touched by a song. Sometimes the simplest words impact the most.
