The vorza s is such an overlooked truggy imo every time I see one I want one but I am a sucker for the green paint job , still surprised it came out on top over the Asuga and more power on tap than a corally, don’t hear that very often. Great vid & comparison as always.
The HPi is a rebranded Hot Bodies design that won the IFMAR world championship back in the day. So it’s a bit older but absolutely a racing thoroughbred with top notch components
Wow! Both of them looked good under your expert control 👍. I don't think I've been impressed by the Vorza S Truggy as much as I was when watching this video 😍.
Yeah, man, nice one! Yup, the Vorza just is that bit more awesome, he he... And awesome shots in the dust bowl there, the camera really did a great job, made it look beautiful, althing of course the low sun is blinding...
Hey mate, can you recommend some replacement front and rear springs to run on my HPI Vorza S Truggy? Brand, length and stiffness would be great. Thanks.
@@kaosr.c Thanks. I looked at some Kyosho options, but very expensive in Australia nad don't want to wait for slow delivery from Japan. I'll look into Team Corally springs, as they're muhc cheaper, and I suspect I used those my my HPI Vorza S buggy that IIRC was also poorly sprung out of the box.
@kaosr.c thanks for that i will keep that in mind when i get one. Just trying to get some info on it before i by one. Appreciate your assistance with this 👍
Really good comparison. Vorza could be the best handling basher truggy out there right now. Maybe it still just comes down to tire size where the Vorza still drives a bit more truckish than the big buggy Asuga (your bigger tires on the Asuga are still a bit smaller than what is on the Vorza truggy, correct?)
Great run and nice comparison with the Asuga, I totally forgot about the Vorza Truggy, definitely a competitor in size and power!
Thanks Mate for stopping by .... Yea these two were so comparable i had to do this video ... Both awesome rc's

Thanks man
Yea the hpi is right up there..... Definitely overlooked ..... Not a whole lot of videos out there on it to which is a shame ....

I just bought a Vorza S Truggy for $636 delivered. I couldn't say no at that price! This will be my first 1/8 Truggy. Should be fun 😁😁
Definitely change out the shock springs and add droop screws 🔥🔥
@@kaosr.c Thanks for the tips 👍👍

Thanks man ... The Vorza s is a killer rc for sure 🔥

The hpi is an amazing rc ... Right up there with the best imo !!! I got some good photos of the dust with the sun coming through 😅
Once again Vorza never fails…! stock yonoe!! 💯🔥⭐️
Its such a killer machine 🔥🔥
Nice run bro I've got the teamcorally kagama 6s, got my eyes on this asuga 6s too, looks like it has some pretty good air control 😃💚💯🤘👍
Thanks man ... Hell yea the Kagama is a complete animal... Asuga is killer too 🔥
Both killer.....but vorsa for me👍
Totally agree.... The vorza is tough to beat
I've got 2 RC's a Kraton and a Vorza and the Vorza just drives so much better for me, a lot more nimble and much faster.
Totally agree , its my best handling and driving truggy for sure 🔥

Hey man
I use the Kyosho springs that came off the pyscho kruiser ... Not sure about how stiff they are but they work really well

@@mini-z_me definitely Team Corally springs man ... That would work great too 🔥
Did you have to do any mods for bigger wheels on the asuga xlr?
No mate ... Just make sure the offset is correct ... Mounting hex has to be in the centre of the tire
@kaosr.c thanks for that i will keep that in mind when i get one. Just trying to get some info on it before i by one. Appreciate your assistance with this 👍
What tyres are you running on the Asuga?
Duratrax 6 packs 🔥
What tires do you have on the vorza?
Backflip LP 🔥

Yea the tires on the asuga are a bit smaller than what i have in the Vorza.... Both did awesome but dam the Hpi is amazing to drive !
