    Awesome video man, You may want to remove the double barrels from the front so the nose stays down. Also look into overdrive gearing for the front axle so the truck is pulling itself up. The KR3 tires are also wide with a lower side profile and seem to grip concrete well. I had my truck set up pretty similar to yours intially and then did these changes recently and my deadbolt climbs vertically very well now. Cheers 🍻

    • @ReadytoRunRC
      @ReadytoRunRC  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Awesome! To bad about the break, but it looks like it would make it if the wheels were tightened. I'm impressed. I might have tried winching the front axle before a climb like that ( Without a winch, you could use a rubber band around the axle and bumper to compress the front end.)

    • @ReadytoRunRC
      @ReadytoRunRC  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yeah I actually made it halfway up to film that intro with the drone and then came back down and restarted from the bottom to film the climb to the top. I think what I’m going to do for the next climb is switch the double barrels with regular treal shocks. That will limit the amount of travel too. I don’t have a front bumper. I took it off when I did the 4 link conversion. I’ll get it to the top next time.
