His music embraces my senses and makes me able to forget the bad times in life, I get teary or cry everytime I listen to it because its so damn beautiful. His music carries pure emotions and isn't like every other songs in this world, lifeless and fake. That's why Yiruma has always been and will always be my favourite of all musicians.
I bet if the whole world listened to Yiruma's pieces at the same exact time, we would create another ocean because we'd all cry tears of joy. His songs are so beautiful. :) Yiruma is one of the reasons why I'm learning piano. He's such an inspiration.
I think that his songs are like a way of finding himself , you know like everyone has a path set for them, as soon as they are born, but sometimes many of us have to look for our paths and some do it by expressing it in their music.
I don't know, Yiruma's music has never made me want to cry. It just... freezes up my thoughts and makes my heart sing and makes me wish it would go on forever. :P
i cried when i heard this...... his music always reminds me of something that happened to me, good and bad, and playin his pieces always make me relax and give me hope in times when i'm sad or just had a bad day. It makes me feel like i have move on and be happy at what i´ve got and who i am. There is so many feelings in his music, and it tells your own story as much as Yiruma's. You choose what the song is about, thats what i like with music without lyrics, especially Yiruma's.
man am i jealous of him. wish i can play like him! i just love his music, it's so good that i'm starting to download them into my ipod. i'm not the type of person who'll download much piano music either. when i listen to his music i forget about all my problems in life for a moment and it's like his music is cleansing me. it's just beautiful, breath-taking.
the reason we feel like crying while listening to Yruma's music is because our soul rediscovers certain aestheticism/enlightenment which the current music industry has blurred out for long
This is music. Really... its too amazing. the melody, the manual effects, and it would sound a bit better if he structured his music a bit differently but, its fine the way it is. Bravo.
This song makes me think of a train leaving, with a woman, and she’s crying, as the man, in the train station is trying to run as fast as he can, to her. She’s glaring at the window, crying, thinking of the times they’ve shared, and he’s staring at a puddle in the ground, remembering her beautiful eyes, and soft hair, and lovely personality. Then, he rides his bike home, and the woman’s riding her train to her destination.
@HMNGTomahawk The two people that disliked this video were Justin Bieber and Chuck Norris-- yes, not even Chuck himself could make music THIS beautiful.
They’re both crying, then, the train makes an emergency stop, and all passengers had to leave, then, as she left the train, she saw a familiar face. Those sparkling eyes, that wavy hair, who else could it be? It was the man, and they both hugged, and cried.
@xxellabeexx I thought the titles of his compositions sounded a bit depressing. Like having love and then losing it. I think there's like ONE song that has a happy title. :/
some classical music, i don't like it... ya'know, like i miss lyrics and stuff- but not this, this is perfect on it's own, you can tell what it's saying even without words.
@asdfagadgadfasdfag am i not a listener? Also it is up to the musicians, the listeners dont have anything to do with how he wrote the music, and why, and in what way.
oh all the things i would do with you walk down the city streets picking of each others plates holding hands sharing a kiss just lying in the grass talking but only and only if i could see you again.
@asdfagadgadfasdfag christian isnt modern music. Just because something is modern doesnt mean its new age. New age tends to repeat and tends to make you not think about the music.
@ElderKingpin yeahyeah there also people who think avril lavigne is punk, but its about the majority and of course he owns the music, and nobody can play it better than him but eventually a 'genre' is just a way for people to put you in a box to define what you are, and eventually nobody really fits in one. now he's not 100% new age but theres certainly more influence of new age than there is of christian because thats not even really a genre its more of a dedication
@ElderKingpin i know yiruma denies that its new age and says its christian, but christian is modern music, and another term for modern music is new age
@ElderKingpin yiruma ALWAYS repeats, hes music is almost always ABABCB and thats obvious to any musician. and that that new age tends to make you not think about the music ?? that pretty subjective.. /watch?v=wEiefGdQbHQ -> sound like yiruma btw i love yiruma but its not the musician that decides what genre his music fall into, its the listeners.
Yiruma's song always feel like a nice refreshing drink of cold water on a hot summer day^^

I love the way how Yiruma can express feelings with the piano... He can do anything with it, sadenss, hapiness...
I bet if the whole world listened to Yiruma's pieces at the same exact time, we would create another ocean because we'd all cry tears of joy. His songs are so beautiful. :) Yiruma is one of the reasons why I'm learning piano. He's such an inspiration.
I can't get enough of this song.... I can't! I just love his music so much. The emotions it evokes makes me feel so peaceful.
I think that his songs are like a way of finding himself , you know like everyone has a path set for them, as soon as they are born, but sometimes many of us have to look for our paths and some do it by expressing it in their music.

most of the time when i listen to his music it brings me to tears......and im 14, but i love his music
the reason we feel like crying while listening to Yruma's music is because our soul rediscovers certain aestheticism/enlightenment which the current music industry has blurred out for long

@HMNGTomahawk The two people that disliked this video were Justin Bieber and Chuck Norris-- yes, not even Chuck himself could make music THIS beautiful.
I dont know the reason why people can dislike this song
everyone who gave you a thumbs up clearly doesn't know what classical music is.
They’re both crying, then, the train makes an emergency stop, and all passengers had to leave, then, as she left the train, she saw a familiar face. Those sparkling eyes, that wavy hair, who else could it be? It was the man, and they both hugged, and cried.
i want to listen to dream a little dream of me but i cant find it anywhere
@xxellabeexx I thought the titles of his compositions sounded a bit depressing. Like having love and then losing it. I think there's like ONE song that has a happy title. :/
@Sh4d0wQu33n This genre's is seen as "modern classical":x
people pressed "dislike" coz they were complaining that there isnt a "love" button
when this album came out? I think, after he realizes, that the people like his compositions ("river flows in you"), he decided to make more ;D
i love it! but why is there like 5 minutes of silence at the end?
@ImaginaryNightshade download WinRar then you can open it. It's like a different version of zip files :)
my ex bf and soon to be bf again, can play this and hes so amazing
you really need to fix the length of all these videos
whenever i hear this song, it makes me wish that i could meet my birth parents and family...... :/
@BubblesForLifeXx Preserve quality and prevent pirating it.
i cant find the sheets anywhere :(
Come on you 2 people. It says "dislike" not "jealous"....

im 14 too
@TheHalfWright lmfao I would too. aha
what wonders he can do with a piano
nice music, although i prefer his song "river flows in you"
If you don't like his music, you've never listened to it.
some classical music, i don't like it... ya'know, like i miss lyrics and stuff- but not this, this is perfect on it's own, you can tell what it's saying even without words.
@asdfagadgadfasdfag am i not a listener? Also it is up to the musicians, the listeners dont have anything to do with how he wrote the music, and why, and in what way.
So that people can't copy it!
i like how my comment had like 103 likes and how are those the top likes?
Because he wrote five lines of rests at the end just for fun.
yeah, i guess there is like a 1 billionth of a chance:) but thats okay
@Seedofwinter cha bro, your hard as fuck
@benedictalvarez Only girly men cry to this....The real men cry to "The Notebook"!
oh all the things i would do with you

but only and only
if i could see you again.

*have to move on
@asdfagadgadfasdfag its not new age.
@asdfagadgadfasdfag christian isnt modern music. Just because something is modern doesnt mean its new age. New age tends to repeat and tends to make you not think about the music.
plus they can use programs to shorten it again. lmfao
