Great content, I see you have posted in a few months If i could suggest when you are making your bullet points having the information on the screen will be easier for the information to be digested. thanks again
Very informative 👏, honestly you have detailed it so much, and my dream is to start my own prop firm someday in South Africa as I don't see much of them and hopefully expand around Africa and the world. So your video opened my eyes so much
Thank you for your question. Generally speaking a minimum investment amount in the range of $100,000 is needed for a license. Note that any regulation will require maintaining an office, employing local directors, involve paid up capital along with reporting and government fees. A specific jurisdictions will really depend on your needs. If you wanted to discuss this in more detail, feel free to contact one of our consultants: atomiqconsulting.com/contact/
Can you make a video of current prop firms and the type of model they use? Between the traditional and demo prop. Then I want to know when you become a funded trader with a company, the money given is it real or another demo? Then I Want to know when loses are made does the prop firm take the loss?
Very informative content . Let's say for instance I'm a profitable trader, and I wanna run a copy trading business, where I fund the accounts which im going to link into my master account that I trade, so they profit on their individual accounts as I profit on my master. Every month we split the profits let's say myb using the 50/50 profit share . What kind of legal steps to take? Do I need to open a business and business bank account? Do I need a license for that type of business? Thanks in advance 🙏🏽
Thank you for your comment. If you wanted to operate this service completely on your own then you would require a license. With that in mind, you could partner with a broker in our network to achieve the same goal. To learn more about this option, please contact us here: atomiqconsulting.com/contact/
Simple rule would be if you are taking other people's money under any disguise regulators will look at it ! A genuine Prop DOES not take money from traders!
Thanks for the information. Much appreciated.

Do prop traders need a license to trade? 🤔
A license is not needed to be a prop trader, however, some local regulatory bodies may require certification in order to work on a prop desk.
