Petr Yan training boxing (2023-2024)

Petr Yan training boxing from 2023 to 2024. Coming from a background in the elite of the Russian amateur boxing system, Yan fights from behind a high guard, pressuring opponents while maintaining distance. Although most known for his association with Tiger Muay Thai, Yan has recently been training with his old team, Arkhangel Mikhail, following a string of losses which saw him drop to #4 in the UFC Bantamweight division. Yan is currently scheduled to face Song Yadong at UFC Fight 299.
