Hi DH, with woodworking tools, you could make all of Tompson Crossing into the TLD version of Silicon Valley. (residences, storage shed, place of meditation, etc. .. maybe even craft weapons and hunt). It would be interesting to see how it looks by spring of 2026, taking breaks as needed. Just my 2 cents, of course...not to mention your already glamorous call center!!!
That does really sound like what somebody going 'round the bend in the apocalypse would do. "Pleasant Valley is gonna be the new Silicon Valley, you'll see!" [sound of wind, distant howling]
I would love an ongoing series where you try to build one call center franchisee location in each region with an interior space suitable for it. I can think of Bingo hall, camp office, quonset garage, broken railroad, bleak inlet (save that one for last 😅), ash canyon, desolation point, Mountain Town, and blackrock. That doesn't include DLC locations (haven't explored them much myself). Some would be very small, but that's okay, not every call center has to be enormous.
The radios only play one piece of music. It is one of Bach's Goldberg Variations, probably performed by the late great Canadian pianist Glen Gould. I believe this is from his first album which was when he was in his teens circa 1956. He revisited this in the early 1980's. Both are fantastic albums!
lol you basically stepped on some ptarmigans going up to the firewatch tower
I think there are some wooden chairs in the house next to the Bingo Parlor..
The Main Hanger in Forsaken Airfield is pretty big..
The ptarmigan video was me, unless there was a coincidental other video of absurd snowbirbs with big red eyebrows.

It's good you couldn't remember the star game's name, because saying it can summon some of the more... vigorous fans. I've Seen Things.
