Part 1: • Tony Yayo on Growing U...
--------
In this clip, Tony Yayo detailed how tensions spilled over and a shootout almost happened with DJ Khaled in Miami. Yayo explained how things went after his appearance on Khaled's Miami radio show and says there's no chance Khaled would ever be cool with him after that encounter.
Because of all those beefs the industry don’t really mess with 50 and them. 50 didn’t play the game and try to be everyone’s friend so the fact they haven’t had any help and still be relevant now is crazy!! One of the most iconic hip hop groups ever!!!
I get what you’re trying to say .. But you are Beyond incorrect… “The haven’t had any help” .. G unit Literally has the Hottest producer Ever (Dr Dre) and The Greatest Lyricist Of All Time (Eminem) Behind them … So to say they didn’t have any help when they had the hottest 2 guys at their position ever is Crazy to say Lmao
@@dmoney54100 I was referring specifically to the era after Shady/Aftermath. They were at one point on one of the biggest platforms and with the biggest machine behind them. That wasn’t my point and perhaps I didn’t make it clear. However after 50 fell out with Jimmy Iovine and he no longer had the machine behind him like he used to and it’s clear his enemies could finally go back on top or rise. We saw this with Rick Ross, Khaled, French etc. None of them really mess with 50 at all and he was kind of shut out, he doesn’t even go to the whole Roc Nation Branches and kiss Jay’s ass like the rest do because he and the Unit had always stood alone and didn’t play the industry game of being everyone’s friend. It’s only now that new breed has come through that they mess with 50 heavy, Pop Smoke as an example and all the other young boys because they really grew up to his music or influenced by it more so than his enemies. Overall the fact that 50 could beef with so many people and still be relevant without so much support after the whole Dre/Em era is incredible. It’s only because through television and shows like Power that his impact on the culture is so big they can’t deny it but even now, how many awards has it won? They don’t want to fully give him his due because they don’t like him is what I mean, so you see the divide, 50 is always with the outcasts, underdogs or up and coming. Only Fat Joe really and a few others are now starting to give him his props but you can make the argument that it only goes back to all those beefs he had to begin with.

Never in my life did I expect a Tony Yayo Vlad interview to be one of his best. Seems so humble. My opinion on him has completely changed. I didn’t dislike him or anything but this has made me really like him
Same.
Back in the day I'd hear him yelling in the background of G-Unit songs "HERE WE GO NOW!!"
Yayo: Everyone not going to love you in life
Vlad: I felt that 💀
Fasho!!💯

i actually think he was talking about the past and phrased it wrong so he fixed it because it was the right thing to do. the police ain't giving guys like g unit a break just because... dude is old as hell now and most likely keeps out of trouble for the most part. when you mature you think before you speak and how you portray your self. salute to toney for turning his life around. he wasn't even super successful as an artist but made the best out of his blessing. look at these idiots today smh k flock an yung thug are just 2 examples
@Yodi Gak if they ain’t catch it this nigga literally snitched right now lol
Yayo is a humble, cool, honest dude.
I enjoy his interviews.
Ya yo 💯
Humble? This whole interview, from the clips I’ve seen, has been him trying to say how gangster he is but never doing any real gangster shit. This chump was always about to do something. Just cause you got a friend that Holds a gun and will supposedly shoot if you’re attacked you’re a gangster? Ok, my 11 year old daughter is a gangster then. She has a little .22 and will not hesitate to pop someone in the head that’s attacking her dad. And she’s probably got better aim than this bozos whole crew
Lit🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I wonder if yayo listened to Ja rules first album vetti venni Vecci it had some street bangers not just soft pop “‘Cookie Monster songs “

French Montana recording video of DJ Khaled’s momma’s house, work + her sleeping & slashing Khaleds tires back when he was still a DVD man, then giving it to 50 so Fif could narrate it threatening Khaled in da background is fuckin CRAZY 😂 & now they don’t even fw each other.
*Edit. Just remembered as soon as I hit comment: a psychic told me, that’s what it was called 😂😂🥴 50 needs a damn therapist lmaooo
He wasn’t the dvd guy at that point he was heavy with Khaled which make him a real snake
