The thing is Kkura is a tsundere while Chaewon doesn't express herself well. But if you are a real fearnot you can CLEARLY see in many instances that Chaewon is actually really clingy to Sakura, she can be a little sister to her...while Kkura on the other hand is not a touchy feely person but many times I've seen her initiate to hold Chaewon's hand and the look on Chachae's face whenever Kkura does those things is absolute cuteness. It's just that both of them are trying to put attention to the other younger members who do not have that much experience with the industry but if yoi watch day off, leniverse and other OFF time moments SsamKkura's closeness is evident.

Sakura's love language is gift giving, she made chaewon a resin phonecase in one of her vlogs, treated her to food, crotchets for shiro, gifted her shoes and clothes. but also sends chaewon words of affirmation when she was sick which is her love language, it's wholesome that they know each other so well

In the Hong Kong and Macau ep, I noticed these two barely interact on cam but there were moments I thought they were acting funny, like how Sakura didn't want to go with Eunchae to Macau by themselves bc they are always together already and how Chaewon kept looking back at Sakura&Kazuha before she did bungee jump with Yunjin like expecting Sakura to comfort her or smtg. At first I thought she was talking to the camera but she actually was looking at the direction behind the camera the whole time so I thought that was really cute. And recently, their interactions have been so heart fluttering. Chaewon is so touchy, smiling a lot more and look at Sakura like she is her world lol I could be totally wrong but this is what I saw.

This girls are the closest you will ever see in KPop. The fear and stress they had after debut, because of the issue with the false accusations against Garam, melted this five into a family unit. They all shared the same fears and they only had each other to rely on that made a bond stronger than just friendship and you can see it.
I think another aspect of it is the group size. Its so much easier to get close with your bandmates when its only 5 of you vs 12. I don't doubt they weren't at lease somewhat friends before, but I'm sure it was difficult getting to know each other when there's so many band mates you have to interact with. Le Sserafim is a tighter knit group because there are less members, allowing them to have a deeper connection with one another

I'd say Chaewon was closest with Eunbi (bcs of woollim), Joyuriz + Yujin and Minju. And it does makes a lot of sense since they were all in the same dorm w/ each other (except yuri). Skr and Chw had way less chances to talk to each other, and they're both introverted.

I think all idols within groups are co workers, they do enough to get along. Most of us barely get along with our siblings so you have to cut them some slack. I’m sure they all have their bad days and good days but I am curious of the idols that hate each other but remain in the same group, in sure there’s a few but it’s hard to tell.
Friends don't have to have a loud and chaotic relationship to prove that they're close. Even if chaewon and sakura aren't close, they are still amazing at being co workers and have good chemistry together in the work field
As a professional pd48 izone lsf follower. I can see how randoms could occasionally make that assumption. But they are siblings that respect each other and are in positions of leadership. So it's easier for them to show affection to the younger members.
another big thing was during IZ*ONE's final concert and Chaewon was crying so much and was having a really hard time giving her final speech and Sakura was fully observing, listening to her and worried about her and then went to the side for a bit and gave her tissues and water. Till now, I still wonder if Chaewon saw that when they rewatched the video of their final concert. Another is when Sakura cooked breakfast for Chaewon and even accompanied her to her school exams (also IZ*ONE era)

I think all idols within groups are co workers, they do enough to get along. Most of us barely get along with our siblings so you have to cut them some slack. I’m sure they all have their bad days and good days but I am curious of the idols that hate each other but remain in the same group, in sure there’s a few but it’s hard to tell.

another big thing was during IZ*ONE's final concert and Chaewon was crying so much and was having a really hard time giving her final speech and Sakura was fully observing, listening to her and worried about her and then went to the side for a bit and gave her tissues and water. Till now, I still wonder if Chaewon saw that when they rewatched the video of their final concert. Another is when Sakura cooked breakfast for Chaewon and even accompanied her to her school exams (also IZ*ONE era)
