Years ago I had an indicator and gong like that setup along with 4 Gamewell antique pull boxes all in working condition. Sold it all when I got married.
VERY cool; on the inside of the gong & pull box, I saw a small "arm," pivoting up & down, right above one of the wheels, which reminded me of a counter-weight used in watches, wondering if it is sort of the same, in these cog ran systems?

Wow! I've never seen an indicator box like this. Our department still has a telegraph based box system. But it uses the punch tape at each station.
