Hi, i press the reg button and get an error chime straight away. Holding it doesn’t provide factory reset. Have removed/reinserted batteries. No luck. What am i missing?
@@sterlo212…hmmmm, I’ll have to have a little think about this, as I did resolve it. TBH, I think the solution was a complete replacement of the batteries - fresh and fully charged. Let me know if that works for you.
The manual says to press 1234* to reset to factory settings but here it's the whole numbers. I don't know why master pin is not working. Do you know why?
@@ddlsupport9997 Thanks, we got ours done by you in our North melb office and after a factory reset the door automatically locks everytime we open and close the lock, I cant seem to find out how to fix that, can you tell me how to program to stop that?

Hello Lathaa! 1234 is the default master pin code. If you intend to reset the lock to factory settings you may follow the same steps on this video.
I tried to reset it but i got locked out of my apartment.... how can i open my door?

Lights on pad don’t come on
3 sets of beeps but only 2 was played in the video.

- Press REG
- Press 5*
