Solid curbing job! Sorry as it might just be me...but that step from the pavers to the porch seems off. I would like to see it bigger and beefy and maybe more deep. But what do I know? Nice work on the curbing which is the subject of the video!
Colby! I appreciate the feedback. I feel the same and could have tried to upsell that part of the project more. When we first met, the homeowner wanted practical and budget friendly updates. However, now that we’re onsite there have been multiple add-ons and other upgrades. A part of me didn’t want to push too much further, but I probably should have tried. Adding to the step would have been a great opportunity and I’m going to keep that in mind for a suggestion in the future. Thanks for watching!
Great question. The first is a wetting agent that helps shape, mold and texture the concrete. The second is just a sealer. For the concrete curbing we install, we use both on every project. I’m sure there are some crews that do it slightly different. This works great for us though. Please like and subscribe!

I used to just mow. I added lighting this year. Now that I know I can do lights I’m really wanting to try curbing
