Also one of Iron Maiden's first ever gigs was at a pub called the Angel Inn, located in a small village called Blyth, also about 7 miles rom where I live. I must live in a Metal hotspot! Back in the day all the best death metal albums had Dan Seagrave artwork and/or were produced by Scott Burns. I was really happy to see he was still doing stuff past the 90s for Suffocation, Dismember, etc, and has continued working with newer bands and releases.
Dan Seagrave is probably my favorite cover art artist. These are all such amazing works. Altars of Madness, Gateways to Annihilation, Effigy of the Forgotten, Left Hand Path, Clandestine, Stillborn, The Ten Commandments, Testimony of the Ancients ... Beautiful! I spent hours watching these. The first At Death's Door sampler has an amazing artwork cover done by Dan Seagrave, I also love the cover from The Vision Bleak's 'The Unknown' and all his works for Memoriam. Cool video, cheers! 😎🤘
