I was actually impressed with Face, it was more experimental than I expected as it expressed his depression. He wrote very honestly. Muse shows growth as an artist and human with a more looking-forward perspective, like cautiously opening up again. It’s more digestible/catchy but still has quirks - very Jimin. The work he’s been doing vocally is really paying off too. Respect.
Is he referring to FACE or Smeraldo garden marching band? I loved FACE more than any other member's, actually for me. i thought every single song hit me on a deeper level. I guess everyone has different tastes. I'm still in love with FACE music. Such gorgeous songs. I'm sorry, but I can't even compare with any other members' album. Jimin's album FACE stood out for me without an ounce of doubt.
I love FACE, D-Day, RPWP and Layover mostly. But I enjoy all the others, too. It's just different tastes for everyone and their own experimentation because they want to develop. I can't wait to see what they will make out of it, when they are back together! And we still have more coming before then... 🎉 💜

Right? Face was 100% Jimin. His real, honest spilling of his guts dealing with the pandemic. The isolation and depression, the uncertainty about their entire future and career, drinking to deal with depression. I don't think it's fair at all for someone to say Face wasn't "Jimin" enough. Weakest? No. To me FACE was the most personal, reflective and vulnerable album by any of them. He co-wrote the songs himself and told a story through the music. It was a masterpiece.

He is experimental and he is the most hard-working artist I know. He is always improving and mastering his craft. He is not known as King of K-Pop and South Korea's IT Boy for nothing. Filmed on a set in Hungary. Jimin filmed it the same day he got there, after a 13 hr flight. They were supposed to shoot it the next day, but there was a storm coming in, so they filmed it as soon as Jimin got there. I love this song, but you have to respect where he went with FACE. I think that people had a hard time connecting to FACE because it was rather dark, dealing with Jimin's journey through depression during COVID. This song fits into the poppy, fun loving, upbeat songs that people relate to. (even though it's not really a "happy" song, but rather one of "longing" to find his someone to love.). I love both albums, as they fill different parts of my soul. Not sure if you caught it, (can't remember due to old age....lol), but on the theater marquee Jimin's fan song, "Closer Than This" is on the one side and on the other, is one of the lines of the song. I truly respect your opinion, and always enjoy your videos, but I have to disagree that Jimin's solo efforts have been the weakest. The projects of each member have all been so different, and unique to each of their personalities. But I wouldn't characterize any of their work as weak. Perhaps not to your personal taste, which is your prerogative, but "weak" as a characterization seems a particularly harsh assessment.

He beat Taylor Swift to top Global Digital Artist Ranking and is now. All these records are without any youtube ads, radio plays and company push. Billboard was so amazed they even discussed it. Hybe shares skyrocketed after Jimin records and even raised shares of other SK entertainment companies JYP, YG and SM. In recent RM's discussion with Jimin about his album MUSE, he reiterated that without Jimin, there would have been no BTS as is now. I never said he was weak. I said his songs were in my eyes not as good as the other guys. I also said I really like his music too which everyone seems to ignore. I admit it took me a bit to warm up to his Face album. I think because it was darker than I'm used to from him but it was still well done. I'm loving Muse so far but this and Smeraldo GMB are my favorites. He really ate this, I'm so proud of him 🫶🐥 that huge Vocal Run though ❤️🔥
Ooh I love your honesty. Of the first albums overall, I thought Golden was the weakest (except Standing Next To You ofc) but agree with you otherwise. I mean this is no Right Place Wrong Person as an album, but Jimin's incredible voice takes it over the top every time. This may be pop song of the year for me so far.
Weakest? You gotta be kidding me? FACE is a masterpiece that broke records starting with his #1 BB with Like Crazy! Every song on that album was fantastic and he wrote, composed and produced along with his very small core team of 4, which is more than can be said of someone members who wrote, composed and produced nothing on their solo work. As for his solos under BTS, they are some of the most famous and well epic songs in their discography, a couple of which were the only songs on their albums that charted. MUSE is absolutely fantastic as well, with WHO, the title track (filmed in Budapest), going viral and breaking new records and most of his own members’ records. He did all that (both albums) with little to no support from his own label. As far as many of us are concerned, Jimin is the star of that group. Many people came to know BTS BECAUSE of Jimin and many only follow Jimin. He is well-respected for his work and he’s worked hard for it…unlike some of the others who did not. RM has said on more than one occasion that they would have been in trouble without him and that in one era in particularly, was the reason they got so much attention. So ‘weak’ is the last word I would use to describe him and his music. Thank God that’s only your opinion.

Since you didn’t explain why you feel this way, I can only assume it is personal taste. If it is personal taste then I don’t think I would use the word weak without more specific support for your thoughts. That being said, Muse shows artist growth. Face was his fledgling album expressing his depression, feelings of loss, figuring things out and fighting for his identity. Muse is confident Park Jimin. Taking the world as it comes and not letting it knocking him down. He is uses the theme of love that everyone can relate to, and expressing his maturity and taking control of your life and happiness in your path.

Jimin’s solo albums are my least favorite too but I still like them. I like SGMB a lot more. I listened to this song and thought it was good but I didn’t immediately want to replay it. I think V’s album is my favorite overall but I could also see that one being the least favorite for people too.

Seeing as I actually liked all the solos and even said I liked Jimins, its definitely the safe bet to think I am going to be a hater and Racist towards Jimin (THAT WAS SARCASM FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MIX MY WORDS). Hey! That’s totally fair. Yea I was just sharing my opinion and I think our use of “weak” is viewed differently. That was in my eyes a nice way of saying I didn’t like his as much as the others without calling it bad. Because in fairness his other solo stuff was not bad, I just didn’t like it as much. No hate from my side I think we just miss understood each other!

After all, you are not even a teenager, and you claim to be yourself as an art director. How would you feel if your work was degraded and compared by some strangers? You can say Jimin songs aren't your vibe but to call it weak? I can see what sort of taste you have. It's ok if you have different tastes but weak? Jimin's Who just debuted the highest new entry at #4 in tough UK Singles Chart beating local artists and topped UK'S biggest chart Big Top 40.
His Like Crazy was the first Korean solo song to debut top in Billboard Hot 100 and 1st Asian after 60 years of Billboard history. And Set me Free pt2 debuted 30. He also topped Billboard Artist 100.
He beat Taylor Swift to top Global Digital Artist Ranking and is now.
All these records are without any youtube ads, radio plays and company push. Billboard was so amazed they even discussed it. Hybe shares skyrocketed after Jimin records and even raised shares of other SK entertainment companies JYP, YG and SM.
In recent RM's discussion with Jimin about his album MUSE, he reiterated that without Jimin, there would have been no BTS as is now. Whoever you think is strong, in your opinion, must be not doing so well compared to Jimin.
Anyway.
I never said he was weak. I said his songs were in my eyes not as good as the other guys. I also said I really like his music too which everyone seems to ignore. So yea I said weaker than the others. ie It didn't grab me as hard as the others hence my use of weaker. There is not real negative intent behind it. I am getting really sick of people putting words in my mouth.
I admit it took me a bit to warm up to his Face album. I think because it was darker than I'm used to from him but it was still well done. I'm loving Muse so far but this and Smeraldo GMB are my favorites. He really ate this, I'm so proud of him 🫶🐥 that huge Vocal Run though ❤️🔥

Ooh I love your honesty. Of the first albums overall, I thought Golden was the weakest (except Standing Next To You ofc) but agree with you otherwise. I mean this is no Right Place Wrong Person as an album, but Jimin's incredible voice takes it over the top every time. This may be pop song of the year for me so far.
Weakest? You gotta be kidding me? FACE is a masterpiece that broke records starting with his #1 BB with Like Crazy! Every song on that album was fantastic and he wrote, composed and produced along with his very small core team of 4, which is more than can be said of someone members who wrote, composed and produced nothing on their solo work. As for his solos under BTS, they are some of the most famous and well epic songs in their discography, a couple of which were the only songs on their albums that charted.
MUSE is absolutely fantastic as well, with WHO, the title track (filmed in Budapest), going viral and breaking new records and most of his own members’ records. He did all that (both albums) with little to no support from his own label. As far as many of us are concerned, Jimin is the star of that group. Many people came to know BTS BECAUSE of Jimin and many only follow Jimin. He is well-respected for his work and he’s worked hard for it…unlike some of the others who did not. RM has said on more than one occasion that they would have been in trouble without him and that in one era in particularly, was the reason they got so much attention. So ‘weak’ is the last word I would use to describe him and his music. Thank God that’s only your opinion.
Weakest was not about jimin and his performance, rather has placement in my taste of the solos from all 7 of the guys. Don’t twist my words please

Respect your right to an opinion. I, personally, would not compare the BTS members. Their body of work has been very different. Apples to kale comparison. Doesn’t work. Since you didn’t explain why you feel this way, I can only assume it is personal taste. If it is personal taste then I don’t think I would use the word weak without more specific support for your thoughts. That being said, Muse shows artist growth. Face was his fledgling album expressing his depression, feelings of loss, figuring things out and fighting for his identity. Muse is confident Park Jimin. Taking the world as it comes and not letting it knocking him down. He is uses the theme of love that everyone can relate to, and expressing his maturity and taking control of your life and happiness in your path.

you clearly didn't watch my video. I shared my Opinion. I personally did not enjoy his solo as much as the other guys. For me it was the weakest. I stated that. I Didn't say he is bad at music, in fact I talked about how much I liked his solos, but it still ended up being my least favorite (you can still really like something and it not be your favorite). The Taemin and Taeyang comment was strictly in regards to his appearance, literally never compared skills so that is not necessary. Im glad you liked Who. This album is amazing but I totally disagree with ur comment about his first album FACE being the weakest. Apparently you didn’t understand the album. It was written during Covid when they couldn’t do concerts or be with each other or ARMY. If you k ow Jimin then you know ow how much he loves us ARMY and his group. That album was what he was feeling during that time of his life. Im not sure how you can say the weakest when this album broke so many records. And with songs Like Crazy and Set Me Free part 2. After a year Face the album and Like Crazy are still charting. If you guys listen I say I really liked his music but I thought it was the weakest out of the 7. Meaning it was my least favorite out of the 7. That in no ways implies its bad, just that I liked the others more. Also this is a reaction channel. I am going to tell you guys the truth about how I feel always. I would agree with you. His album face broke history and records. The title track like crazy is still dominating the charts after a year and has rewritten history for kpop. His new album he wrote 6 out of 7 of the tracks and has blown up the charts once again breaking records. Title track who has 118 number 1’s and is breaking all time records and is number around the world. He has singles on bb along with bts. Yup he’s a loser and the weakest member of bts. Jimin’s solo albums are my least favorite too but I still like them. I like SGMB a lot more. I listened to this song and thought it was good but I didn’t immediately want to replay it. I think V’s album is my favorite overall but I could also see that one being the least favorite for people too.

Seeing as I actually liked all the solos and even said I liked Jimins, its definitely the safe bet to think I am going to be a hater and Racist towards Jimin (THAT WAS SARCASM FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO MIX MY WORDS). I then went on to give a raving review of this song "Who". just because I liked it the least does not mean it is bad. Take the Lord of the rings for example. The Trilogy is one of my all time favorite movies of all time. The fellowship of the ring is my least favorite of the 3. Does that make it bad? No. Does that mean I hate the movie? No. it means if I have to sit and watch just one, you would be safe in knowing I will pick Two Towers or Return of the King.
