how did you get 38mm from point Q to C?

dear Ben i just take the dimension from point Q to point C
by default its 38mm according to the dimension or size of pentagon.
if the pentagon size is other than 30 mm side, than the default dimension is something else.

Sir Yeh pentagon 40 mm ka hai ...... then only PQ can be of 64.7 mm. ......

yes both PQ and SR are of 64.7 mm and other two sides of 61.6 mm
