He got a Code which we can see since Lelouche has both eye affected when he uses his Geass. The Code grants the holder immortality, the condition for it's activation if being killed by someone without Geass.
Now Lelouche having achieved his dream of world peace can live eternally with CC. As they are the only people with a Code and the only one's who can give others a Geass. There are no threats to them. And they can keep the cursed power from the world.
