Mahesh Bhatt - The Invincibles with Arbaaz Khan | Episode 6 | Presented by Venky's

  • He was always an outcast, unconventional but always proud of his beginnings. Mahesh Bhatt wore his identity on his sleeve and that too with much pride. But he didn't shy away from addressing the elephant in the room which was that he was a so-called illegitimate child, not of the 'appropriate caste' and much more. Watch Mahesh Bhatt talk about his life in the last episode of The Invincibles with Arbaaz Khan.

I was never a fan of mahesh bhatt, never had any good opinion about him but, after watching this particular episode I must admit I have started respecting and liking him immensely. Through out the interview I felt a deep pain in my heart and my eyes became moist unknowingly. I could understand and feel the pain and the humiliation he had gone through all during his childhood, adolescence and all through his life. Definitely it might not have been easy for mahesh bhatt to accept and admit what his identity is. Any other person in his place would have committed suicide for all the hardships, humiliation and failures he had to face. Mahesh bhatt is a brave man indeed. He is truly a self- made man. I salute this man a hundred times. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

If I could reach out to Arbaaz, I would request him to have a much longer conversations. Someone like Salim Saab, Javed Saab, Mahesh Bhatt, and similar people, this is too less time. I wish he could divide them into multiple episodes for each celebrity. We want to hear more from them. I think at least 90 minutes per celebrity and much more questions about how he shaped his career. Like Mahesh Bhatt was simultaneously working on a number of projects in 90s. How he managed to stay relevant? Why he didn’t work with Salman in spite of being so popular star? I mean we need more Arbaaz.

After being a disciple of OSHO, i wonder how one can loiter around without finding a guru. Once we know that we know nothing, something shd happen inside, sleep shd not happen at all, boy we are faking humility. If u think u know nothing, u can't sleep. If you think you know it all, you can't laze. Come on Bhatt Sir 💖💖, Mind Valley, Shivyog, Art of Living, ISHA are some of the spiritual schools. Nirvaana is the final destination. Are you ready? I like all of ur films, n am watching your spiritual boil. Mr. Director, direct ur void. Don't let the void get comfortable. We are spirits n spirits knows no religion. Religion is for discipline. Spirituality is above discipline.

Conventional people are always roused to fury by departure from convention, largely because they regard such departure as a criticism of themselves - Bertrand Russell. Maheshji being unconventional has been perceived as a person who doesn't 'fit the bill'. It was eye opening to know the struggles this man had to go through. His pursuit to find the true meaning of his life, disappointment with the people he believed in who could answer that and yet trying to make sense that in the end the life given is a blessing and expressing his gratitude towards it. His films speak that too and more importantly what is noteworthy is the absolute ease and comfort in which he tells us his story! Thanks for such a great interview once again. Definitely taking some lessons from this.

I don't want to do anything that add to my reputation or my bank balance...most beautiful line. How beautiful is it to grow up or become an elder as per his definition. I learnt a lesson of my life today....

If your program is for masses then it's better if it's in hindi...Your other episodes were mostly in Hindi...I am enjoying your show...Keep it up..All the best....

The start shook me. How can you imagine a single women in the 70s with 3 children and a different religion and her husband not by her side and the society ready to tear her apart every day. Where sensitivity was not so much prelevant in today's society. It's impossible to hop from trauma to trauma.

Arbaaz Khan doing an amazing job with these interviews! He lets his guests speak from the heart and he never oversteps boundaries. He is not loud and obnoxious like other people who do interviews and think they know more about their guests than the guests themselves

All your interviews are gems . I look forward to your interview. Watched episode on repeat also. Credit to you for bringing out the other side of personality of these celebrities ..the human. It's your wisdom and brilliance that you just touch a point and let your guest speak. Great job
