      I am unsure of the replacement parts as the printer has yet to be released. Once we start seeing some inventory, I think we will get a better understanding of replacement part cost.

      I bought the Epson F2270 from Swing design. Parts and maintenance items are usually on backorder. I really am regretting buying this high cost printer $16k.
      Now I'm getting Error 01138 "fatal error" I don't know what that means and there in no info on it. Can anyone help?

    Only one white ink Channel? Please confirm. Because That is a Major Issue. I been in this business since the first DTG Printer was made.

      Hello, that is correct. 1 dedicated channel that prints two nozzle patterns.

    Can I leave the printer plugged in and go on a month long vacation?

    If I am going on vacation for 2 weeks, and the printer is not being used. What is going to prevent the white inks from clogging in the Tubes, Print Head and Capping Station?

      Epson ink is less likely to clog than other brands. The printer is designed to be turned off for extended periods of time. If you are gone for 2 weeks you could consider two options. Have someone come in and turn the printer on, let it cycle, then turn it off. I would do that once per week. Or you could replace the white ink and replace with cleaning cartridges. I think that's a little overkill however. Honestly though, you could probably just leave it off. I left the 2100 off for a month last a few years back and it was fine.

    Do you have to shake white inks?

    • @MelcoEmbroidery
      @MelcoEmbroidery  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

      When you turn it on, otherwise no. And it's more of an agitation, you don't have to "Shake it like a polaroid picture". I don't even pull the cartridges out, I just shift them "back back and fourth fourth" a few times.

    What about hoodies

      You can do either pretreat or DTFilm. Same concept just add a bit more pretreat and lower your platen a bit.

    Well the 800ml work with the f1070?

      Unfortunately not

      I can't even get the 800ML for the Epson 2270. Since Epson hasn't "made enough" because my $16k machine is "fairly new" I can't afford to have this problem. My prints currently aren't working out because my ML is low. I am a small business and I can't afford that. I am asking friends who have converted printers to make my prints because Epson has maintenance items out of stock.
