@CorrinBiggestSimp A dev that tries everything to fix a game is much better than waiting a perfect game to happen because it isn't possible they're always gonna be issues. What we needed is responsiveness and adaptability. Just wait for the first anniversary before you criticize and see what they give their is being grateful to players or not. And the QOL? It's arriving way soon than expected , the plate over cap , button binds , better event rewards , sound optimization, voice, camera, better skipping . As for the story they hired new writers and we have yet to see it outside of probably 1.2. As for the weap description , I'm at least happy that I'll get compensated. I pulled for that weapon simply because of the cdamage stat which isn't hard to translate.

Honestly this makes me want to ACTUALLY fill out surveys and send feedback. Knowing that the devs actually look at it, listen to it, and show a sense of urgency makes it feel like my feedback is actually being addressed. Other devs tell you to fill out a survey and it feels like it takes months just for them to even acknowledge the things covered in it.
Hopefully the community can craft some thoughtful feedback not some momentary impulse feedback. Like we have to understand it's a business too but they have to balance it out. Them listening to their Cn money makers during the writing fiasco of CBT is a no go today in its live patches.
It is better than you can imagine. I did send the feedback these days, both for a few bugs/ visual glitches (nothing gamebreaking), and a few suggestions/tweaks. And not only did they answer to me (and got rid of glitches) but ALL my suggestions are LITERALLY included in this announcement right here. And they did write me back this morning just to tell me. I couldn’t contain the joy and wrote them this has to be one of the best customer service in a gacha game EVER. I am so impressed. Try it yourself, it is actually insane the amount of work these guys are willing to do in order to satisfy their players.

No man's sky listened to there players all the time they aren't a gacha game and it took a little longer but they still listen and are passionate about there game
@@MythicAce218 It took No Man's Sky like 6-10 months to start fixing the game. What they did was amazing and they 100% deserve all the praise they get. But it did take a lot of time before they started rolling out those updates.
If i recall, they went ghost on all social media and stopped responding to the community for about 6 months as they worked on the fixes. Everyone thought they took the money and ran until out of nowhere they announced massive changes just days before they were gonna go live.

CDPR with the release of the Phantom Liberty expansion for Cyberpunk 2077. Yes it took them a few years to get everything straight, but the connection with their community was phenomenal. You could clearly see that after the release of phantom liberty . They redeemed themselves beautifully. And let's not forget on how they gave us Edgerunners in the meantime! ❤

I quit Genshin right before Sumeru release and additionally i quit the contents creator about the game because i didn't want to hype and get back to the game. Now with Wuthering Waves, i'm pleased to say that i'm back here to Tecy channel and i'm really happy with not only the state of WuWa but with the state of Tecy life, it's good to see you doing well man, may you grow as much as this game will in the future

They are not sacrificing profits with these compensations. Kuro is incredibly smart. As long as they keep up positive impressions about the game (especially when compared to Hoyoverse games) it should drive player spending and bring in new players. It's just smart marketing. It's simple, please your players, and they market your game. Palworld and Helldivers started an industry shift. I think we are going to start seeing more games and devs implement a more player first mentality in the development of their games since it has shown to be fruitful.
Thats what we need we enjoy the game and rewards and they gain money no issue with that.
You know the real problem ? Investors and higher ups effing everything up. Sony highers up for effing Helldivers 2 and GOT. Xbox head for firing their golden goose studios because said studio wanted to hire more , which means bigger budget as they want this game to maintain quality to the prequel. They don't want them to have more budget so they fired them.

I really hope the devs take care of themselves as well, they're working so fucking hard it's insane. Absolute chads have the respect of the community. I will buy the $100 pack to support them o7
yeah same, but I cant afford spending a hundred dollars so I just got the monthly pass. The devs have done far more than anyone could have expected, and the game is really fun.
If Kuro keeps rushing game versions, the devs will just burn out and suffer. 1.1 isn't even getting beta tested and their dropping it so fast. If bugs come, they're screwed.
1.1-1.3 may be ready, but quality will suffer after that with how Kuro is driving them.
When devs screw up, just do what other games do and delay updates, not rush them even more

They shouldn't need to listen this much. They are making the most rookie mistakes ever that a company shouldn't make like leaking their players email addresses by not BCCing their email list. This isn't their first game either so I can't really chalk it up to being a new company issue. I hope it gets better cause I really like the game and I don't want the company to shoot themselves in the foot.
it’s so crazy that kuro moved up the launch of 1.1. wuwa not having patch updates on the same day as ZZZ will always ensure that wuwa has first dibs on players’ attention whenever each game has hype around it

This is actually nutty. The amount of customer oriented stuff they have been giving out for free actually makes it seem like someone at Kuro has an axe to grind and is actively trying to put Genshin in the dirt and put mihoyo on blast.
I think I'm gonna spend some money on Wuwa and not bc I need to because I want to, never thought I'd ever say that about any gotcha game but Kuro has been so fast and apologetic about all the issues and I literally haven't had a single issue, GJ Kuro you've earned my respect.
Yup I only had one other gacha game I've played where I felt like this and it literally got me into gacha.
When you start seeing these exchanges as donations to a game you really appreciate, that's when you know you got a great gacha game with a great company.

@@chandothemando bruh compared to american standards of "9-5" work hours, basically everywhere else are overworking. Especially in china where they have a standard of 9-9-6 where they work 12h a day 6 days a week (varies depending on company, but is the set standard).
Kurogames is probably way more overworked now because of Wuwa, so this might go into days of staying in the office and working. As long as they stay healthy and get paid well, I hope they continue.

When we actually do get character cosmetics, they should make the prices low enough for people to be willing to just grab them for most of the characters.
Guarantee purchases, besides banking on the prices being high, people will just skip out of them.

They probably won't for special effects skins. For low pricing I mean. PGR has a lot of free grindable skins that are still pretty nice. If it helps at all PGR special effects skins are upfront purchase(around 25 dollars). These give characters unique idle animations, special effects overhual, Voicelines sometimes and design overhaul. They also give you a weapon skin as well that matches the characters skin. Basically they are super high quality so I think they are worth it. That being said please give both male and female Rover a Celestial Havoc Rover skin would be super pretty
Its honestly mindblowing, how many people STILL defend the Genshin Side of Mihoyo, for NOW doing the bareminimum of adding "Endgame Content" that people have asked for, for YEARS and saying: Oh look Mihoyo does listen. Compared to THIS... Like how can you still defend Genshin? 4.7 looks amazing, dont get me wrong but, its too little, too late. Like we had around 4 patches of COMPLETE mediocrity with barely ANYTHING happening, a lackluster Lantern Rite in 4.3 and the 3 Fates, 4.4 and 4.5 was what again? I dont really remember. 4.6 with the last area of Fontaine and around 3 hours to 100% it and get everything done. And now 4.7 SUDDENLY its OOOH LOOK SHINY KEYS, dont look at WuWa, HERE ARE SOME KEYS LOOK AT THEM, SHINY AND NEW ENDGAME CONTENT. GTFO here. And let me guess, if the new Game "Azur Promilla" comes around, Genshin will FINALLY drop the Anime to "counter" it. If they werent dropped by Ufotable for some scummy business tactics.

lets be honest here if wuwa's release was smooth none of what we are getting right now would have happened. the precedent was there with PGR when they got stuck in their ways and they almost completely repeated it with wuwa. also it's fairly clear both wuwa and genshin target different demographics in gacha gaming once you realize that a lot makes a lot more sense.

Dont get me wrong, I get what you mean, if WuWas Release was smoother, its likely that we didnt get so many rewards and such a great feedback, the fact that they however reacted THIS fast just shows to tell that its a company that works with the community and not against it.

Besides they're in the red during those times so shareholders are angsty about it. And they have a sht management outside game development mainly the marketing and voice department. This is tame compared to triple A games and Sony fcking Helldivers 2 and GOT being unplayable outside of 170+ countries and Xbox firing good studios. Developers are being pushed outside of their capability to launch a messy game. This is a problem because the world is so capitalistic

I gotta say, as a low socio-economic peasant with basically no income, i have mostly stayed away from gacha games apart from trying out genshin when it first came out, simply for "wanting another Breath of the Wild" and also some TH-cam videos about it.
HOWEVER, Wuthering Waves has been an absolute blast. I love the combat, i love the world design, and i love how much effort the devs are putting into this.
So much so, that now i find myself recommending WuWa to friends, who would NEVER in their lifes even touch a HoYoVerse game with a 10-foot pole, because of how predatory they are designed around fomo and how unresponsive HoYo is about their games.
Imho, Kuro Games is single-handedly changing and reforming the landscape of gacha games as a whole. And i think it's freakin beautiful.
Give this game a shot if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed.
P.S.: No idea if tectone is ever gonna see this, but you're the man. I have no idea how i wasn't subscribed to you yet, but i did a Kuro and IMMEDIATELY fixed that mistake.

the best thing about the bp+ is you get your usual bp weapon PLUS a weapon refinement item, so you can not only get all the weapons in fewer bp cycles but also have a universal refinement item for all them.

@@Kahez and a lot of people already ran out of contents in Wuwa lol. If you run out of content in a Genshin's new patch then it's the same case of speedrunning everything just like in Wuwa. All gacha games have limits in term of contents, Wuwa just happens to have more than Genshin because it's new.
@@PhuongHoang-cj9jz It's also because the game warrants you to farm and incentive you to coop farm to maximize your chances which can be grindy but it keeps you busy somehow. Genshin when it was it's launch month didn't have much content though so the case for Wuwa being new was because it has a benchmark to look at which is Genshin giving them an idea on what to do and what not to do.

as a genshin enjoyer from the first month of release and a new wuthering waves player, it is very refreshing to finally be playing a game that i actually like that is entirely willing to give updates to fix issues or complaints from the community of their game. genshin has disappointed me time and time again and i would still go back as if i had no issues. wuthering waves actually giving a shit about their community is like a breath of fresh air. this game is going to be huge

I think the best fix for echos would be just make it so lvl 0 gold echo get 1 line before you even lvl it and then make the next 4 lines at lvl 5,10,15,20 (i dont want them to remove the rolling on echos cause i like it)
a change like this would make it easier for casuals to get good first line stats before ever rolling and since you would have all 5 rolls
at lvl 20 you wouldnt need to max it to lvl 25 unless you wanted the higher main stat
(doesnt change the amount of xp to max an echo but you wouldn't have to waste more exp then needed)
(it would also make it so you only need 40 instead of 50 premium tuners)

When genshin announced the new endgame in the stream everyone was like "hoyo is scared", "hoyo is losing it" and much more. Now kuro games releasing Yinlin early bcs and nobody says that they are scared of genshins 4.7 update and Clorinde banner. xD

They are scared of zzz release, but it doesn't matter what they do, its still gonna impact them hard even with the shifting of patch date.

I can't believe I'm saying this now, and in a gacha game no less. I root for Kuro's success, and while I've stopped spending money on gacha games many years ago, I do hope that the people who can afford to spend excess money on the game will continue to support Kuro.It's been a long time since we had a very generous gacha game dev. The only one who comes close to that same generosity is Kong studios who created Guardian Tales.

The only thing that they are missing now is the regionalized prices that they have in launch. I really want to spend in the game because I REAAAAALLY liked it, but paying 5 times the dollar prices is just too much (the priciest pack thats 99dolars is 499 reais, and i gains nearly 1400 per mouth ;-; sooo... You can imagine the prices in my region)

In this case scenario we are praising the ones that are actually improving and working on the game”The devs”. “The devs” has nothing to do with fuck ups of the “JP Customer support team” and their mistakes.
@@jamess359 that's the kuro games special, they fuck something up and then fix things and do some community post with transparency with what they're doing about it. Not as much as we could have, but more than what most companies will do for their players these days. And I think that's a pretty fair assessment of Kuro, the reason why people believe in them is because of their willingness to change and address these things for the playerbase.

@@ilegitcookie the funny thing is that they didnt fix anything, they keep breaking things and game is a buggy mess, you can kill level 120 enemies with level 30-40 team without even fighting from ourside range or cheesing them with bugs lmao people already beat the "abyss" with low level teams, but remember genshin was easy, people is complaining now game was too easy and they already clear endgame.... 9 days after release
