Couple of red flags ! It was the first thing you did ! Inserted plywood exposed to moisture on bottom and thinking with all the twisting and bouncing it might endure I would have done lots of cross bracing and lots of screws & glue. Nice job
If I was gonna build a tiny house like this. That wasn't meant to be towed often like an RV....I'd add as many very large slide outs as I could since it's gonna be parked 90+% of the time. The extra room would probably increase the resale value and it could still be towed to a new location.
@ he could have used a backhoe trailer. 2 sets of tandems. I would have built slide outs either way. On the ends. He did a nice job. Didn’t foam the window frame gaps.

This house is way heavier than the capacity of the trailer. He really beefed up the wood. If he used metal he may have pulled it off.

Right ! And it may be subjected to height clearance ... But the wind is waiting for that
