Just to add content to this. These are a new style of led of the market, they are to be light the halogen bulbs. They are bright but with China's mass production and almost no quality control, the high beams, when turned on the low beam on drivers side would turn off. They all should be on low and high. This is what happens when you buy cheaper Ebay or Amazon bulbs trying to save a buck or two. Hope this helps, I have bought other that gave.me no issues but more problems than the worth. I have sold maybe 5000.00 worth of leds since 2013. Again I hope this helps and if you have any questions I'll try to answer them.
im sorry i didnt see a notification on your reply, these bulbs are H13, had a high beam and low beam, some of the new fords had this issue where if you hit the high beam it would"turn off the other bulb" but really the led for the high beam was bad, i made the video to show my supplier at the time.
