Remember tae said he had same hotel room with namjoon, he came back in the room when namjoon already slept, but when he was about to sleep, namjoon woke and said "you're back." Then held his hand went back to sleep, wouldn't let go. Tae said he was shocked, never seen that cute side of namjoon before. But I was thinking, maybe namjoon mistook tae as seokjin lol. I think holding hands is a special thing for namjin. It's their way to show love and affection to each other, even flirting. Yea i think theres a difference to how they hold hands and how they hold other peoples hand. I think Namjoon actually have many worries and easily get anxious, so he has habit to grab others hands. And jin is one of members that constantly being around him. Jin mostly let Namjoon grab his hands, hug him from behind, hug his shoulders because Jin knows that Namjoon need someone to keep close by. And jin is an older brother that can support Namjoon emotionally (Jin is warm, affectionate, nurturing, mostly calm, but also bubbly and can lift Namjoon's mood) . Jin has a quiet different role with Suga in Namjoon's life. Suga is like a cool dependable brother that support Namjoon's professionally as a colleagues and a best friend that been doing their dream job together. Suga also has leadership but he keeps safe distant from Namjoon so Namjoon's leadership can grow (but he always there when Namjoon needs him, thats no doubt of it). Every member think that Namjoon is their safe person to rely to. And Namjoon also feels that he can trust all of members, but the one that he can rely emotionally is Jin. Its mutual. Somehow the one that calms Namjoon down emotionally as a person is Jin. Namjoon let himself vulnerable around Jin by showing that he needs to hold his hand, hugs, etc. And that show Jin is a safe person for him to deal with his anxiety and worries even when they're in public.
It would be great to see a chronological development (evolution) of their relationship and their interactions over the years. But I suspect that the making-of would be very work-intensive and time consuming.

I think Namjoon actually have many worries and easily get anxious, so he has habit to grab others hands. And jin is one of members that constantly being around him. Jin mostly let Namjoon grab his hands, hug him from behind, hug his shoulders because Jin knows that Namjoon need someone to keep close by. And jin is an older brother that can support Namjoon emotionally (Jin is warm, affectionate, nurturing, mostly calm, but also bubbly and can lift Namjoon's mood) . Jin has a quiet different role with Suga in Namjoon's life. Suga is like a cool dependable brother that support Namjoon's professionally as a colleagues and a best friend that been doing their dream job together. Suga also has leadership but he keeps safe distant from Namjoon so Namjoon's leadership can grow (but he always there when Namjoon needs him, thats no doubt of it). Every member think that Namjoon is their safe person to rely to. And Namjoon also feels that he can trust all of members, but the one that he can rely emotionally is Jin. Its mutual. Somehow the one that calms Namjoon down emotionally as a person is Jin. Namjoon let himself vulnerable around Jin by showing that he needs to hold his hand, hugs, etc. And that show Jin is a safe person for him to deal with his anxiety and worries even when they're in public.
