Located in the heart of Washington, Oslo Shaw is the city’s first modern, purpose-built apartment building to embrace contemporary group living. Developer Ditto Residential purchased a modest apartment building in 2012 with the intention of introducing the latest concept in shared housing on the site. The project fills a gap between the typical shared row house at a lower price point, and a private studio or one-bedroom apartment at a higher one.
