T300 RS GT edition (which comes with 3 pedals already). Or if he has pro pedals theyre called Thrustmaster T3PA pedals. T8HA shifter is the one he has and i have it too and it is awesome. I have all of this and im super happy with the steering wheel, shifter and the pro pedals. The nice thing with the pro pedals is you can turn them upside down so they sit like in a real car, it comes with a brake mod so the brake is harder to push and feels more realistic if you wish to have that 😊 the shifter is sooo smooth and clicks into gear extremely well. The shifter comes with an other top plate so you can switch the plate so the shifter becomes a sequential shifter instead of a H-shifter, if you would prefer that. It's a pretty expensive shifter but it's a great bang for your buck. It's definately worth the money and i would never want an other shifter. If you want a handbrake i would also suggest the Thrustmaster TSS handbrake with the Sparco mod. It's a beautiful piece of gear and again is super high quality but aswell a bit expensive. But it is what it is, Sim racing gear is expensive.

Ps. I wouldn't recommend anything cheaper than the T300 RS as a steering wheel. I've tried the T80 and T150 and they're absolute garbage. The Logitech G29 wasn't too bad but definately worse than the T300 and isnt alot cheaper, it also feels more dodgy and makes a shit ton of noise compared to the T300. In my opinion the T300 is by far the best steering wheel to get as a starter set. The T500 isnt too bad either but it's older than the T300. I had a T500 first but i switched to the T300 because the shifting pedals at the wheel on a T500 are fixed and don't rotate with the wheel and i found that to be really annoying. I explained the most i could so hopefully you can make the right choice for what you guys want 😊
