I know this is technically an exploit, but I thought I'd let you know: the sneak level 70 perk "the professional" is bugged and applies its 20% increase in critical hit damage with all pistols, revolvers and smgs (except the police pistol and that gun) on every crit instead of sneak attack criticals like the perk says so. Makes it very strong for a crit build with things like pew pew or lil devil and ALISD. keep up the builds !
I literally built my entire economy from Legion assassins. Their loots are my caps maker especially with jury rigging and they are not so hard to kill once you get all the cri perks and hand loader. I missed them every time when I have to stay on legions good side.😂
@@bgggsht I didn't have a playthrough that piss NCR off that much. But I rememberd that ranger hit squad become much tougher than Legion assassin when you're at higher level. Legion usually send only Veteran and Vexillarius to kill you. Centurion or Praetorian rarely appear. Their most powerful weapons probably are super sledge and brush gun(sometime hunting rifle). I never see them carrying ballistic fist like those in the fort. While Ranger will start carrying high level equipments like Ranger sequoia, AMR, Minigun which can melt through your armor from long distance. Some of them even wear salvaged power armor and they have innate DR perk basically make all of them a freaking tank.
9 luck is kind of a waste, you can always farm Legion's rep with NCR dogtags and get Lucky Shades, on a crit build one should always settle for 8 luck imo
You're right, I just don't find the extra perk to be worth it. I mean, what are you going to get instead, +10 carry weight, save 4000 on an implant? None of those are worth the effort.
Considering all the Rads and crippled limbs i think it being called a "sadomasochist" build would be more fitting. And here i thought new vegas didn't have an equivalent of a bloodied build, lol.
@@Objectorbit I felt like the Lil Devil did more DPS though I haven’t done the math. They’re both pretty damn good so it doesn’t really matter and you can just go for style points, especially with the flare gun as backup.

The video is great, but going for the salvaged power armor with -2 agility is probably worse than just getting the elite riot gear, which has more dt and is arguably drippier.
@@monsoon4626 You’re absolutely right, I think I sold it when clearing the highway, it’s better to keep it. Still, I do kind of like the anti-drip combo in the video.
