Some footage I shot with my Samsung SC-HMX20C camcorder at Flagler Beach, Florida. I shot this footage in 1080P mode at standard settings and uploaded straight to youtube.
This camera definitely works on Macs. When I first got it I was using it on my PC and now Im using it on my Mac. It pops right up when you plug it in on either operating system within a few secs. Never had a single problem.
Just got one of these not too long ago. You can do more than you would think with them. I have mine lookin' really sexy with a Fotodiox square lens hood, Hoya zoom close up lens (adjustable), and light attachment. I found batteries for $7 also, compared to the $39 that Frys wanted for them.
@dcsfilmproductions I have the same camcorder. Just plug it in via USB, and then turn it on. You may have to go to setup and set it up as a Mass Storage device. But once you plug it in it will show up as Removable Media. If you have the SD card connected that too will show up. Just open them, and the media files will be inside the DCIM folder.
plug in your camera, then turn on your camera, something should pop up names samsung, click on open to view files. if it doesnt pop up just go to my computer and look for samsung.

I might get this camcorder :) Sometimes it will play in HD even though I dont select it too. Its weird.
it has internal memory and a spot for a memory stick. I use both.
