V4Vonnie ALL the shade! These last few episodes weren’t doing it for anyone except for Peppermint, Tatiana and Raja’s episodes late last year. I live for them bringing our queens of color on, bc they’re not just these cookie-cutter instagram queens spouting about their makeup collab. They have substance and a message behind their art. I could be biased, but I feel like 9/10 you can count on a melanin-rich queen to liven up the atmosphere, and connect with Lady Red too and not just Johnny.
What she said about not being made for tv is very true. It wasn’t a dis. It’s actually really smart advice. You can be fantastic in one medium but it doesn’t translate the same in another. Not everyone can or should do television, and some people or content on the internet is great there but doesn’t work the same on tv.
Monique has a lot to say based off of her expressions but is very professional and still engaging to listen to. We can tell she has been through a lot emotionally after the show so you cannot blame her. very inspiring to give her feelings out the way she says it
Except she claims Ariel called her aggressive and says that is a racial thing white people do. But... Ariel didn't call her aggressive at all. Instead Monique called herself aggressive in her apology.
