Love that first experience of pulsating light (x3), so beautifully shown in this video, that comes from behind the eyes, gently encapsulating them as it flows by, whilst meditating. (Only took 36 years, including some lean ones, to occur, but hey, what's time when we have Eternity ! 🙂 Please don't let my comment discourage ~ I'm a very slow learner 🙏) If I may, the first big realisation for me, was that we are not these bodies, within the dream of being apart from the Truth of what we are, and all share as One ~ we are the dreamer of the dream (the decision making mind) of what seems to be our home of limited and impermanent physicality, this illusory phenomenal universe. The 'illusory' ego continuously attempts to keep us identifying as a 'mindless body' with its fears, loveless judgement, and 'worldly' distractions, but no truth can come from an illusion, and when we identify as the mind, initially whenever our peace is disturbed in any way, we can deny its denial of Truth by exercising our true power, and choose to be the Love that we are, instead. Eventually we realise, after taking control of the mind, that there is no ego, and our Mind is pure Love ~ A Love that is all that Is, and that in fact, is the Truth that has no opposite. 😍
