    Thank you for this lovely pattern and the clear, easy to follow instructions. You're an excellent teacher and I found your video to be soothing and relaxing because it doesn't have all the "chatter" that so many have. Thank you for sharing your time and talent. I will definitely be making a pair!

    Very clear tutorial, thankyou. Pattern easily adapted for other sizes. Made for my granddaughter for after dance class in winter,
    Used 3x baby ply various pastel colours, added row of velour puff/mini pompoms at cuffs, and larger dandling pink pom-poms as a tie at the top cuff.
    The hair pin tip at beginning stitch made all the difference when crocheting in-the-round. Thank you for a great video and tutorial

    I can't believe I made this!!! Thank you so much for making this video. It took me like 10 hours to make just ONE leg but I added a row of star stitches between the shells and I love how it turned out. My first attempt ever at taking a pattern and trying to be creative. The seam where each row starts and stops got slanted through the middle cuz I probably screwed up the counts, but I still think it looks great. You are my hero for sharing this!

    Thank you for this super easy tutorial. Made these in a large for a friend. Used Paintbox Simply DK 100% acrylic. Ch 51 & switched to a 4.5mm hook after finishing the cuff. They turned out very nice!

    I just finished making these. Super easy and cute. They're not your fashion leg warmers from the 80's. They're practical. They're warm. They're made for snow days. It's one of the main reasons I chose this pattern. They fit over fleece lined leggings or denim pants.

    I love this pattern and your tutorial was super helpful. I'm wondering how to use this same pattern to make a baby blanket, but don't know about turning and how the edges would work. Can you help me? Thnx

    My ankles are a lot smaller than the biggest part of my calf so it looks like I'm wearing crocheted flared jeans and looks rly weird lmao.

    These look really pretty, I love the pattern! Could you tell me how much yarn you roughly used for these? I want to make them a little longer but I have no idea how much I will need!

    • @HandmadeByMei
      @HandmadeByMei  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Sorry I dont have the item anymore so I can't tell you the exact number. But it was a full skein of yarn when I started, Red Heart Super Saver yarn. And I remember I had leftover. Hope this helps.

    The top part my calf is bigger than my angle part of my leg. How do I make it smaller at the bottom. Plz reply. Thanks

    • @DLRyoung
      @DLRyoung 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’d suggest measure the ankle, and then measure your item, then count and estimate on the stitches using the tape measurement. see how much you need to take in, counting how many stitches you need to be rid of, you will need to pull out the stitches at the ankle, then crochet two together, to get the correct count for your size. Hopefully this helps you

    This is probably a stupid question but does the thickness of the yarn matter and if so how think is your yarn, if that can even be answered.
    Thanks
    Beautiful pattern btw

      If you are using measurements then it won’t matter but if you are going off of her video then i think she’s using a size 4 yarn

    Lovely easy pattern! Just 1 question? I love the 1st piano section in background starting at about 4:20sec... please could you share the name of the piece? Was different just listening to music than someone talking. Nice experience..
