The GIZ projects 'Green Innovation Centres for the Agriculture and Food Sectors' (GIC) and 'Promotion of Agricultural Finance for Agri-based Enterprises in Rural Areas' (GP AgFin), implemented on behalf of BMZ, have been working closely with the Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock, Ministry of Finance and National Planning, and the Ministry of Small and Medium Enterprise Development since 2015. Our goal is to improve service delivery of dairy cooperatives and access to financial services for smallholder farmers in Southern Province, Zambia.
Our integrated approaches foster collaboration and create synergies between projects, partners, private sector and government. This is how the Agri-Food Cluster of GIZ Zambia creates significant impact and will create even more impact in future.
