I love Kyle Kilane but the bit on gentrification is just wrong 😂 Gentrification causes housing prices to skyrocket and it drives away people from their own communities. Target moving in might seem like an improvement, but what happens to the small businesses in the neighborhood? They get run out of business and soon enough everyone is working for Target and are making just barely enough to pay the rising cost of rent. I know it's comedy and I can already hear someone say "it's just a joke" but it matters to correct these things, as a side point, when it's about public policy. On everything else, Kyle is a truly hilarious man and I love him.
Sometimes I have problems with social interaction and then i listen to you and i don't feel so alone.
The exact moment I fell completely apart during this whole story was "I had to get buzzed in! Who are you keeping out?!"
