    ♥️ Princess Lee Radziwill. Sophistication, such elegance so regal. i watched videos of all her homes, wow incredible style, she knew & loved fabrics, furniture, classic, and she aged beautifully, i wld have loved to have a conversation or hung out w her for a day. Her daughter in law Carol Radziwill also a fav of mine, she to a class act, many similarities in both women 💖

    Polish Aristocracy … wasn’t it the time when Poland was literally going through a famine ? I remember the lines around the grocery stores when something has finally be delivered….

    I don't know what she was like in real like But I think I would have liked more than jackie. She seems to have more personality.

    ELEGANTE DONNA , LO SEMPRE SEGUITA , HA AVUTO UNA VITA STRAORDINARIA E CHIC .......MOLTI HANNO AFFERMATO CHE VIVEVA ALL' OMBRA DELLA SORELLA Jackie ......io credo proprio di no !!!! FORSE INSEGNAVA ALLA FIRST LADY SUL VESTIRE.......Lee Radziwill era molto appariscente e bella anche negli ultimi anni.......mi piaceva molto......il suo delicato make up , i suoi vestiti eleganti ma semplici, le sue borse .......era una delle socialite americane secondo me più eleganti.....eclissava molti altri nomi .......faceva parecchio della International Best Dressed list and Hall of Fame in 1996 ......ho letto della sua vita , purtroppo è venuto a mancare un figlio per lei ......credo che per una madre sopravvivere ad un figlio sia molto complesso e alquanto doloroso . Mi è piaciuta moltissimo nel magazine del 2013 e nella intervista nel suo appartamento di Manhattan .......Direi che come classifica tra le donne della " Hall of Fame International Best Dressed list " sia la numero uno ......mi piaceva anche la sua vita eccentrica e il cortometraggio " Gray Gardens " riguardanti la vecchia zia , la cugina, e la villa in stato di semipoverta' e abbandonata .......Very good this woman number one for me .....

    The baddest lady of the 20th century. No one could touch Princess Lee Bouvier Radziwill.

      Why do the people who marry into or descended from obscure and defunct royal houses insist on calling themselves 'prince/princess' ? Seems so grasping and common.

    • @ninetimesaday
      @ninetimesaday ปีที่แล้ว

      @@MTMF.london they seek to differentiate and have distinction. I think that's the general purpose of titles of all sorts.
      In lee's case, I think she especially wanted the title because her sister had one as First Lady Jacqueline Onassis and Lee wanted something of her own, marrying into the defunct polish royal family gave that to her.
      Titles and royal lineage was way more important during Lee's time then now as well.

    • @MTMF.london
      @MTMF.london ปีที่แล้ว

      @@ninetimesaday But when the royal or noble houses from which the titles derived no longer exist, then those titles are meaningless. It's just plain pretentious fakery and nobody's fooled by them except other grasping wannabe's.

    I like her style in the 50's and 60's occasionally in the 70's too. Don't find her style in general extraordinary chic on her later years.

    Lee was a jealous! Your Life never was full! Jackie kennedy was the more Smart, more Beautiful and her Life was a Fairytale, poor Lee, In Her Sister's Shadows! Nobody never would know Lee Radziwill If Jackie don't marriages with JFK and Been The most Iconic First Lady

    She may have been stylish but, she was not at all attractive. Money and heritage made her a socialite. Money can buy you prestige but, not beauty or morals.
