Past Perfect Continuous | Grammar quiz

I've got 18 out of 21 this time because I had seen some answers were related to the past perfect tense instead of the past perfect continuous. This has been happening one more time without taking into account that this video was supposed to be related to the past perfect continuous tense, there's no need to add another tense and much less mixing two different tenses up. After all, thank you for this challenging grammar test.

Oh, you guys are terrible in English. What more to quiz. Past Perfect Continuous should be in this form 'Had been + verb'ing.' And not 'Had+ V2, V3 verbs' because that would be PAST PERFECT not the Continuous. 🙄
