If you see cars or bikes or any vehicle keep switching from a lane to another and back for no reason... stay away from them because they can be the dumb people, the beginners, the ones who got problems inside the vehicle or the disabled ones. My vehicle almost got wrecked by a van who switched from the mid-lane to the left lane, then from the left lane went all the way to the right (they did use turn signals so I knew they didnt know the way or something revolving around the lines of "Im stupid"). Edit: it was on a motorway / highway with 2 the mid-lane and right lane continuing forward and the left side going up into Fareham in England as I was going away from Portsmouth. Also it was on the A23 (forgot the numbers, I think its that) and on the A23 you dont meet many mad-men or women but if it is the same to you just go slower. Dont know, but I freaked out when he came into my lane and was slower than me with about 4mph less than the given speed which was 75.
