I quit the game over a year ago and picked it up at the end of last month with 356 souls now I have almost 5k souls

That pack is sooo random, i started after update 5.1 and got the 500 souls pack. I did get pretty lucky with mk11 scorp, sindel, noob and liu. There were 3 free packs and 1 aniversary pack. I got those 4 from those packs. I dont know if i should restart or not cuz i have done alot but 8 diamonds is pretty insane.

Rerolled once, got MK11 Scorpion, MK11 Rain, and MK11 Noob Saibot!! (got mk11 scorpion from claiming rewards, then noob from the anniversary pack)

The beginner diamond was scorpion, the onslaught pack for 800 souls gave another copy, did 10 mk11 packs and got 2 more copies of scorpion, 2 copies of jade, 1 scarlet, 1 kabal, opened 2 more mk11 packs and got raiden, then checked the mail and the game gave klassic movie raiden
well you are good to go ... normal tower in 2 weeks :P

When i logged in after months I got the mk11 scorpion from the free pack so i thought I would create a new account, but accidentally logged into my old one and I only have golds and no diamonds now I am with 17 souls

Okay so I am new to the game, like 2 months but my account got suspended last week, I instantly made a new one, and I somehow reached level 20. Now I find out that you can get 5000 souls not just 500. so is it worth deleting and reinstall again?
If u don't have mk11 scorpion or good fusion on golds then may consider doing so in my opinions. 5000 souls is hard to collect even if a person grind on one week.
But I don't know if all get can get diamond pack 4. If all beginner will get diamond pack 4 and you are only one week into the game then u may consider to create a new acc.

It happened to me as well. Clear the game data and try again - no need to uninstall

How the hell you're getting 4 diamonds from 10 packs😮😮. I've got one diamond in the first 10 packs and then none in the next 10 packs, and then 1 in the next 10...😢😢😢. I've got an old account 😔

@@MANDMK yah i can confirm it now its basically random packs they give you its either the 1k souls pack or the 5k souls pack and the 5k souls pack name is pack 4 so if you get the pack 4 you will get 5k souls

So on ipad when i delete the game and reinstall, I'm automatically logged in to my unsaved new account i created the last time. Why is this happening? Is there a way to create a fresh account?
did you try to clear game data/ cache?

I did the same and I didn't get the pack. Then cleared the game data and it worked. Clear game data and start the game again without uninstalling. It should refresh the tutorial@@salimmazid9027
