Nice video, Ollie. I see it as more a 4-2-2-2, similar to Ragnick's model and Pellegrini back at Villareal and 2009 Madrid days, but better compact.

Second attempt, Ollie.... LOL It's amazing how a manager can change a team, if it's the right one of course. In one of your early videos, you were looking for a manager for EVERTON. I knew Lampard would be a catastrophe. I put him into the same category as Gerrard; great player, but second-rate manager. There must be a long list of them.
