Color correction? It's mainly free hand lighter and Toning .I understand why you would consider it a color correction.Yes her hair was previously colored.

I swear these days every color is considered a color correction! Client had bangs cut before the color, yep it’s a color correction! Give me a break!!!!

It depend on its approach and how you see it fits a color correction 😢in my PROFESSIONAL opinion, every hair that has had multiples technique and tonalities in the past it’s a color correction. Bc U need to strategize it’s placement/ chemical options, processing T. and tonality. It’s not that you r working on 💯% virgin hair root to ends. So I believe there exist different degrees of Color corrections.! As yes this one is being One of them. ✌️
