    sir in second caselet, we can chose option 3 on the basis that visually impaired people are acting as a role model for other disadvantaged people, further which will motivate them to apply in the company, thus helping the company to achieve its objective of increasing diversity in the company.

      yeh bahut zyaada hi dur ka link hai....it's like main chai banaunga , usske heat produce hogi usse globalw arming badhegi aur usse duniya khatam ho jayegi

      Same thoughts. Also, it does achieve what the Board of Governors wanted: diversity, that too meaningful diversity. I hope Lokesh Sir reads this comment and reply.
