Kaminari and Ojiro's friendship is just pure fluff They are honestly so cute, whether that be as a ship or platonic. Also, I headcanon that Ojiro works a lot with kids, maybe as a baby sitter or smth, and so when Kaminari started playing with his tail he was already used to entertaining children with his tail so he didn't really mind all that much. One day he just got curious and asked why Kami did it, and Kami was just like, "Oh your tail is just so soft and fluffy and my adhd (a personal heacanon of mine) said 'grab the floof' and so I did, and since you didn't seem bothered or uncomfortable with it, I just kinda kept doing it and it's relaxing. I can stop tho if you want me to" and the Ojiro was just like no its fine and when Kami is stressed or can't focus Ojiro goes up to Kami and just offers up his tail to pet. Now it's just something for them both to do when they want to unwind or Kami can't focus in class and the rest of the class just either didn't notice or didn't care.
